'Breakfast was ok but items on menu extra had to be paid for. Room was clean but dated. Shower was an electric shower that was nearly unusable. Low pressure and no temperature control. No replacement shower gel was left after room was cleaned. Staff were excellent and restaurant was well presented. Hotel room a low 3 star at best.'

'Clean and well-situated. Staff were wonderful - very friendly check-in and great advice for our short stay in Tenby. The room had a small balcony offering a lovely view over the golf course and a nice place to enjoy a drink in the last of the evening sun. The beach and town were a short convenient walk away.'

'We loved this hotel. THE view from our room was unforgettable. The QR code ordering system on the terrace with its spectacular view is a total turn off though. We couldn't even buy a drink directly from the bar. Makes no sense and they are losimg custom.'

'The suite room was perfect with kids, because it has two separate bedrooms. Lovely view from the room. Good location and the breakfast was nice - lots of choices! The only downside was that check-in was quite confusing. We arrived early to drop our bags before check-in, which has never been a problem in any other hotel I've stayed at, but the staff seemed surprised and at first said there was nowhere to leave them. They were still helpful and found a way but it seemed complicated. And then when...

'The room was clean and tidy however it was unbearably hot due to a lack of air con and alrhough a fan was provided it could not deal with the heat in the room. There was no fridge to keep water cold and milk from going off, . In the bathroom the toilet seat was really loose and the sink is so tiny it was impossible to have a wash. We had a shower on the first day and with no non slip mat I almost fell over. Towels were provided which we used for showering but when we asked for fresh towels the...

'Room was perfect for the two of us. Light and airy. Window that opened to let in the breeze, welcome in the hot weather we were lucky to have. Ensuite with shower very welcome and easy to use. Handy fridge in room and also tv and wifi. Tea and coffee making facilities provided. Large car park and easy access. Breakfast provided and cooked perfectly after self serve cereal selection. Will definitely recommend to everyone. Thank you to the friendly Staff.'

'The place had a lot of potential, it just felt neglected and unloved. They had gone to a lot of effort to supply breakfast items in the shared kitchen and it was obviously visited each day by a host as it was tidied and rubbish cleared but some cupboards had random packets and crumbs,the salt and pepper pots were dirty and sticky. 'There was a good choice of menus for lunch and dinner and plenty of choice for breakfast all cooked to a high standard. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms were exceptionally clean. The only downfall was in the spa area where the steam room was not open and the jacuzzi stopped working on my third day there. Other than that it was so good to be able to use the other facilities. The hotel is also located in a superb setting and is so peaceful!'
