Other Things to Note:

1- Beds — In the US, bed sizes are: king sleeps two (76 x 80 in / 193 x 203 cm) and queen sleeps two (60 x 80 in / 152 x 203 cm). The primary suite has a king and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa.

3- Parking — Complimentary on-site parking for max 2 cars. Boats and trailers are not allowed on any wapato property except in the maintenance RV lot only. Parking pass & boat tags are required. Note: Street parking is prohibited. Do not exceed the maximum allowable vehicles per unit. All vehicles must be parked in designated areas.

4- Animals — Animals are not permitted per HOA rules.

5- Seasonal driftwood and logs can accumulate on the shoreline directly in front of the building; the community’s shared beach on the other side of the complex is clear and available to guests.
