The breakfast was a little lackluster—basically all bread products and coffee/juice/milk. The pool was nice (again, nothing too fancy, but not bad at all). The staff were friendly. 'Nice clean room, but very noisy. Neighbor house started at 05:30 with leafblowers, and woke us up… walls are also super thin so you can hear everything from next door! They serve a little breakfast, that’s realy nice.'

'The first night of my stay was good except for the air conditioning problem. The thermostat was not cooling properly. I called front desk and they came up to my room and tried to fix it. The desk agent gave me another room and that made me happy and relieved.'

I understand things can happen, but it's how issues are dealt with that is important.
