Do not park at the boat ramp. The ramp is for the neighborhood. If you park at the boat ramp your vehicle could be towed at your expense.
All trash must be bagged before being put in big trash can outside. If trash is not bagged there will be a $50 fee charged.

This is a great rental! Lots of room. Well stocked kitchen. Large porch facing the water. Fabulous view! Having 2 full baths in a plus. Really liked the tv access to news events with Starlink. The ongoing construction of the pier will be a plus for sure with gaining access to a boat. Overall, great place. I highly recommend.

Very clean, easy check-in. Wish the wharf would have been finished for more fun fishing. Hopefully next time it will be and have guard rails for safety for families with smaller children. But we had a grand time anyway. Loved the huge back porch, needs a table out there though.

Very nice and scenic

Everything was very nice for non fisherman. The water is not deep enough to park a boat by the pier.Also, the pier is too high to get from the boat onto the pier.On the other hand, the place is on a good part of the lake and the back porch was very nice and relaxing.

Property was exactly as described in listing. Quiet neighborhood with private boat launch & docks. Home was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable.
