Peaceful Stay
Beautiful property ideal for fishing and kayaking. Outdoor amenities were spectacular. We were able to easily launched party barge from the private ramp. Banks were perfect for launching kayaks. Covered pier was so nice. For an older home, we had no complaints. Very clean and well supplied. Overall a great place to stay for family getaway.

Peace and quiet
We spent a few days relaxing and unwinding at this quiet and peaceful cabin. Everything was well maintained. We spent most of our time on the docks fishing, the fish weren’t very cooperative but oh well. Would definitely recommend this cabin for a great getaway.

VERY peaceful stay!
This place is very peaceful, quiet, and the perfect place to stay to "get away from it all"! We enjoyed our stay, fished off the dock and loved the view. Julie is also great with communication if needed.

Perfect for a group
Took a 4 day weekend getaway for a bachelor party. Plenty of places for everyone to sleep and the property was super nice. Long driveway that leads to a nice covered dock for fishing. The boat launch was convenient to go out on the water. I would come back to this place over and over again.

Fishing Paradise
This is quite, homey, fishing camp that is very relaxing and beautiful!! We enjoyed the piers and the scenery!! We saw a Eagle (a first for me) and lots of cool birds and fish!! I would definitely recommend this hidden gem ! Thanks for sharing with us. We enjoyed it and will be back.

4th Annual Toledo Bend Family vacation
This was our 4th year at Toledo Bend family vacation. This was our first year at this property and it was awesome!! The grounds were perfect for kids. Love the covered area, firepit area and wharf. The inside of camp was perfect for our family, everyone had a room and a bed. Definitely will be booking this place again for our 5th annual Toledo Bend family vacation next year!! Great place
The property was very nice. The neighbors was awesome. We enjoyed our stay there. The only problem we found with the place is. I’m the living room, they took out the bigger AC unit and replaced with a very smaller one. It doesn’t cool off the place like it should. When you cook in the kitchen the place becomes very hot a d hard to keep it cool.

Memorial weekend getaway 2022
We had a great time, the home was clean and big enough to accommodate all 10 of us. The big wharf was a plus as we spent all of our time there, very relaxing. Beach area for kids Ages, 5, 9,10,13 and 15 was perfect for getting on and off Kayaks and swimming, they had a Blass. The grass wasn't cut when we got there but luckily they have awesome neighbors, who came and mowed it for us. We would definitely rent again.

Beautiful area. Home is perfect. Air/heat/supplies. Although the fish were not bitting, we had a great time. Only suggestion would be a landing or steps at the pier to make it easier to get on and off of the boat when tied up in the water…. Would rent again if in the area!!!

Enjoyed our return stay. Love the property and lake. Even able to launch with property ramp a 18’ bass boat and 16’ aluminum with the low water level (168’). Our family has enjoyed this place a few times now.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
We were extremely pleased with the home and the grounds. Very clean. Very well kept. No complaints from us at all. The owners are very friendly and they respond quickly to any questions I had. Fish weren’t biting but sitting out on the docks drinking our morning coffee was amazing!! We will definitely be back.

Definitely Will Come Back!
The place was great! I did communicate with the property manager about 2 small issues and she responded ASAP! She’s very sweet I will definitely come back! The fire pit was perfect the 2 fishing pier were very good! Lots of lighting on the big fishing pier also had a boat ramp! It had a grill with outdoor seating location was good! The only thing is there’s no WiFi which is perfect if you want to get away from everyone and enjoying your time with family and friends! The kitchen was huge! Rooms were good size big bunk beds! Also, there are spiders around the fishing piers so beware other than that we had a great time! Highly recommend!

Loved the house and yard and location. The only complaint would be an opening on wharf to be able to get in and out of boat instead of crawling under rail and would have liked a fish cleaning station. Not enough to keep us from staying here again! Really enjoyed.

The property was very nice and clean. Very nice neighbors and neighborhood. Fishing was good but could have been a little better if brush piles was located near the pier and dock. This property has it all. Boat ramp on site, 2 docks, fire pit for afternoon gatherings, and covered grilling area. This property is also in a prime location for any species of fish you are looking for!!!

Overall the place was great! Everyone enjoyed the location and loved the property. Boat launch and the Boat roof on property was great. Beds weren’t the most comfortable but were acceptable. One recommendation would be to add a fish cleaning station somewhere on the property. Overall would be happy to go back here and would recommend to anyone wanting a great location!

Thanksgiving Family get away
Property is pretty. House size accommodated our party of 11 well. For a group not having a dishwasher was a disappointment as we cooked each meal. We ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. Mattress needs to be replaced in the bedroom to the left of the hallway bathroom. Also, AC unit needs knobs to work.
