Seaward Dream's vaulted wood ceilings and exposed beams provide majestic, rustic charm throughout the main floor. This craftsman-style home has two primary bedrooms, a sleeping loft, and two full bathrooms. Centrally located, 1/2 block walk to shops, fine dining, artwork, a short walk to the beach, and all things you'll love about Manzanita.



Seaward Dream offers a simple yet open layout, allowing for maximum entertainment. This home offers a king primary bedroom and a queen primary bedroom on the main floor. Follow the spiral staircase up to the loft, which features a full and twin-size bed with a TV, DVD, and cable. The loft is an ideal place for kids or teens.



Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen that includes amenities such as a blender, dishwasher, and a large dining table that seats six comfortably. Snuggle up on the oversized L-shaped couch to watch a movie on the flat-screen TV while enjoying the roaring fire in the fireplace or pull out a board game for a night of family fun.



Surrounded by nature, this home feels secluded and private, yet steps to town and a few blocks up from the beach. Lounge out on the large deck, have a soak in the hot tub, or relax near the outdoor fire pit while gazing up at the stars.

Whatever you envision for your relaxing getaway, Seaward Dream will surely be a family favorite!



Please note that access to both bathrooms is in the downstairs bedrooms.

The Neighborhood:

SeaWard Dream is located in the heart of Manzanita, 1/2 block to town and less then a 10 minute walk to the beach. We love the location close to town as you have restaurants, the pub, coffee shops, and the beach very close. The house sits on a quiet street and is close to everything in Manzanita.



Getting Around:

No need for a car in Manzanita if you wish to not drive. Everything is very close, including our Little Apple Deli in downtown Manzanita. If you would like to venture out of Manzanita, there is public transportation called "The Wave". The Portland airport is the closest commercial airport to us and its about a 2 hour drive. You can rent a car at the airport or have family/friends bring you out to the coast.



Other Things to Note:

The hot tub fee is in the total of your rental, there is no additional charge for use of the hot tub.



Interaction with Guests:

We will interact as little or as much as the guest likes.

After booking, all our guests will get an after hours phone number to call in case of emergency.
