Cool and quiet air conditioning (which I personally value the most!) shower water pressure is strong and great, supplied toiletries are very nice. wifi strength in the room is perfect. Stable speed capped at ~10MB/s which is completely fine and expected. '

Hotel was great nearly new and was spotlessly clean. The staff could do enough to help and the food was good. Great pool! They also have a tuk tuk to take you a bit further a field at your request.

'The building is 3 floors apartment, no elevator. It’s in a quiet area of Banchang district. The street in front of the hotel is narrow. The room is clean and spacious. The mattress is good but the pillows are high and hard. The hospitality is good. Having own transportation is a must.'

"By far the worst hotel we’ve stayed in during our 17-day trip in Thailand. It has it all: not clean, terrible and not fresh breakfast, unfriendly staff overall except for housekeeping, loud, worn out and much more.
The hotel is rated 5 stars but that is absolutely overrated. We came from a 3 star hotel on Koh Samet and this was MUCH cleaner and better overall. Even the central Pattaya hotels we’ve visited were much better.
The hotel is visited by mostly lower grade Russians and Chinese and they behave as expected. Will never visit again and suggest everybody to skip this hotel."
