'This place is adorable and just what we were looking for! Very quiet and peaceful with great views. The kids spent the majority of the weekend fishing off the dock and had some good luck. The place was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with just about any dish or utensil you need. We really enjoyed our weekend getaway here. Would love to stay again! '

'We stayed here for a long weekend with our 3-year-old and had a really nice time! Property was clean and comfortable, and the location was peaceful and quiet. We spent a lot of time just hanging out looking at the lake, canoeing, and attempting to fish off the dock. We really liked all the birds and wildlife to see right there on the property. Kitchen had all the basic gear you'd expect, although you'll want to bring your own spices, oils, etc. '

'If you're looking for a quaint, vintage lakeside cabin like the one your grandparents stayed at and want to be serenaded to sleep by loons, this is your place. A pileated woodpecker visited the adjacent woods in the morning. The cabin's creaky floorboards let you imagine the generations that have enjoyed themselves here. Excellent communication from the owner. A very restful night.'

'it was a really nice place, it was really clean and spacious, and they had a lot provided which was nice, overall there was good communication but there were some things I feel like Should have been communicated a lot sooner, there was also alot of seaweed by the dock so we couldn’t really go swimming, but overall I had a really great time!!'

'The house was very clean and the accommodations were great! Our only issue was that we were not able to connect to the WiFi but other than that it was perfect for us!'

'An absolutely delightful place, minutes from any place you want to be in the Elk River region. Tucked in the trees along the water. Cozy, warm, comfortable, amenities and decorations are spot on. You won’t want to leave. We will definitely be headed back. We can’t say it enough nice things about the place and the hosts. You can tell how much they love the space just by being there. I’m delighted they are sharing that with us through VRBO.'

'Nice place. It is upstairs, which is posted in the listing (we just overlooked it). It's an older place and a bit outdated, but it was clean. The bed was comfortable. The communication and service with the owners was top notch; she ensured we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Overall, it was nice and comfortable, and we would stay here again.'
