Going up to the first floor, the sleeping area offers intimacy and tranquility, with four finely furnished bedrooms and three bathrooms with shower, finished with quality materials and equipped with air conditioning/heating for maximum comfort in every season.

Outside, Villa Jua opens onto a lush, fragrant Mediterranean garden, a true corner of paradise where privacy and relaxation take center stage. The heart of the property is the private saltwater pool, surrounded by a fully furnished solarium—an invitation to bask in the Sardinian sun and enjoy the mild climate. The elegantly furnished covered terraces, the outdoor kitchen with a fully equipped BBQ area, the outdoor shower, and an additional full bathroom with shower extend the living space outdoors, creating areas designed to be enjoyed at any time of day.

Our properties are not hotels and do not have a reception desk active 24/7. However, we truly value the opportunity to welcome you in person, as we believe every stay begins with a warm smile and a handshake. For this reason, check-in takes place in person between 4:00pm and 9:00pm.

Knowing your arrival time in advance allows us to organize everything smoothly. Since we manage multiple properties, any delay may cause other Guests to wait. Punctuality is a simple yet meaningful gesture that allows us to offer every Guest a warm and timely welcome.

Please notify our Booking Office of your flight or ferry arrival time at least 72 hours in advance via message or email, so we can schedule an appointment for key handover with a Sardinia Chic team member.

For evening arrivals, a supplement of € 100.00 applies for check-in after 9:00pm . All requests for late check-in must be confirmed by our team.

The Contract

Upon arrival, you will be asked to sign the rental contract, required by law, for short-term tourist stays.

Deposit

The refundable deposit of € 1.800,00 should be paid by credit card at check-in. It is fully refundable at check-out unless damage is caused to the House.

Local Council Tax

The tourist tax, excluded from the total stay amount, is applied in accordance with the municipal regulations where applicable. The Municipality of Maracalagonis requires the payment of a tourist tax to be paid on-site, amounting to € 2.00 (two/00) per person per night for maximum 21 nigths (excluding children under 14 years old). The payment of the tourist tax will be required for all stays from April 1st to October 31st and must be paid in cash during the check-in process.
