'Inchecking, was terrible. No room for early or late checkin regarding flight arrival or departure. They have communication through whatsapp, but much delay in response. They will reply, but there's nothing they're actually able to help you with.
Bathroom is so small that you have to stand either in the shower or with one foot on each side of the toilet in order to close the door.
Facilities it self are good, once you're able to survive the checkin. I would not book this again however. Worst...

'We thoroughly enjoyed three days of complete peace and tranquillity at Vila Santa Teresa, staying in a stunning room with breathtaking views over the whole of Rio de Janeiro.
This is a very small, intimate hotel with only six or seven rooms, set on a hill surrounded by a beautiful, extensive garden. The entire property is enclosed, offering a wonderful sense of privacy, peace and security.
The hotel has a restaurant that we would highly recommend for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food and...

10/10 Voortreffelijk
The accomodation was very nicely located with Posto 5 of Copacabana beach just across the street. The personnel was always very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice. The accomodation itself was nice and well maintained, if perhaps a bit dated.
