    Ontspan en kom tot rust in zorgeloze luxe in combinatie met de authentieke Keys-levensstijl! Marlin Bay Resort & Marina is een onlangs gelanceerde accommodatie in Marathon, vlak bij de wereldberoemde Keys Fisheries. Wij bieden boutique resort-achtige voorzieningen en diensten in een intieme setting. Van romantische uitstapjes naar familievriendelijke vakanties tot groepsvakanties bij vrienden, Marlin Bay is de perfecte thuishaven voor uw verblijf in de Florida Keys.


    HET CLUBHOUSE

    Als je de poorten van het resort binnenkomt, word je opgewacht door ons indrukwekkende en moderne clubhuis met twee verdiepingen. Binnen wordt u begroet en ingecheckt door ons conciërgeteam, dat u kan helpen met activiteitenplanning, bootverhuur, snorkeltrips, aanbevelingen voor restaurants, enz. Ons clubhuis beschikt ook over een ultramodern fitnesscentrum met een sauna en een stoombad, talrijke lounges met grootbeeld-tv's en een speelkamer met sjoelbak, biljart, pokertafel en bordspellen.


    HET ZWEMBADENHUIS

    Net buiten het clubhuis kunt u zonnebaden op de Florida zon op ons uitgestrekte zwembadterras terwijl u geniet van de verschillende voorzieningen, zoals een groot verwarmd strand toegang zwembad, bubbelbad, tafeltennistafel, maïs gat, lounge meubilair, badlakens en parasols. Onze bar aan het zwembad is gepland in december 2018 en we serveren een verscheidenheid aan drankjes en lichte snacks.


    DE JACHTHAVEN

    Voorbij het pooldeck, aan de baai van Florida, ligt onze jachthaven met 99 treden en volledig betonnen dokken met wateraansluiting. De jachthaven wordt bewaakt door onze toegewijde Dockmaster en Dockhands die hier zijn om u te helpen met al uw bootbehoeften. De slips zijn momenteel beschikbaar voor dagelijkse, wekelijkse of maandelijkse huur en kortingen zijn beschikbaar voor gasten die in onze huizen verblijven. Houd er rekening mee dat we in het resort geen jetski's kunnen huren, maar zeker aanbevelingen kunnen doen voor nabijgelegen opties.


    RESIDENCE # 3825

    Ontworpen om u te laten genieten van de vanzelfsprekendheid van de Keys samen met het comfort van moderne voorzieningen, onze zelfstandige 3 verdiepingen tellende woningen met 3 slaapkamers zijn volledig gemeubileerd en professioneel ingericht met een open en luchtige indeling.

    Residentie # 3825 heeft uitzicht op het prachtig aangelegde zwembad. Het huis heeft ook een groot dakterras, waar u kunt ontspannen en kijken naar de zonsondergang boven de baai van Florida.

    De begane grond van het huis bevat een logeerkamer, compleet met een kingsize bed, een eigen badkamer en een eigen patio. Gelegen in de foyer van de begane grond, vindt u ook een lift waarmee u gemakkelijk toegang hebt tot de bovenste verdiepingen van de woning.

    Op de tweede verdieping is een hypermoderne gastronomische keuken die naadloos overgaat in de moderne eet- en leefruimtes. Ook is op dit niveau nog een privéterras met uitzicht op het zwembadterras en een handig geplaatste half badkamer en wasruimte. De woonkamer heeft slaapplaatsen voor maximaal 2 personen op de queensize slaapbank.

    Op de derde verdieping bevinden zich de overige twee slaapkamers, elk met een eigen complete badkamer. De logeerkamer beschikt over twee aparte bedden en de slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed, een natte bar en een eigen terras.

The grounds were well cared for and beautiful.The entire staff was professional, courteous, and helpful. The resort is conveniently located close to everything we needed and a perfect spot as a home base to adventure up and down the keys.The only negative is the policy not allowing resort guests to bring their own alcohol to the pool area, however, in all fairness, this policy is explicitly clear in the contract. That said, the pool bar was well appointed, offering options for everyone and the bartenders did a nice job.We will be back, we loved our stay!

The layout is great, the furniture was all in great shape and seemed new. The kitchen was large and laid out nicely. Living room was also very spacious. Our place included a roof top lounge that we really enjoyed in the mornings and evenings. On the water from their Marina, you can easily access the Atlantic with multiple nearby options. We also found it very convenient and helpful that the cheapest fuel in town is right next door and they provided free ice with a fuel purchase! We are already exploring dates to go back within the next 6 months! Special thanks to Brian, Day and Kai for their exceptional customer service and extra help with our stay!

The views of the grounds, pool and ocean were amazing! The unit itself was impeccably clean, and the furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and unbelievably spacious for many people to cook at once. Beds were very comfortable, linens were spotless and crisp. Even the sofa bed was comfortable. There was plenty of room for 7 of us to gather and also feel like we had our own space. There were plenty of towels, for bath, pool and to take outside to the ocean. We used the grill area which was nice alongside the water, with tables and chairs for dining and viewing gorgeous sunsets. This was by far one of the nicest places I have stayed in Florida, and we truly relaxed and felt like we were important. The staff at Marlin Bay from the concierge to the pool maintenance to the bartenders at the pool were friendly and couldn't do enough for us! I highly recommend Marlin Bay! Another great perk was we did not have to do laundry of towels or strip beds when we left. We were able to enjoy our last day there by not having to do these things. I can't say enough great things about Marlin Bay! We will definitely return!!

Wonderful stay at Marlin Bay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of six (four kids 13-20) enjoyed our stay at Marlin Bay this July. We booked the home and boat slip in March and were able to choose the house we preferred (by July they were fully booked). In the preceding months, the staff answered all queries in a timely manner and sent emails prior to our stay. The dock master as well contacted us to answer any questions. At first, I thought the homes are owned by individual owners, but we learned it is a resort where all properties are owned by a company.The house was beautiful, clean, and well equipped (towels, laundry detergent, paper towels, kitchen soap). During our stay we had a few issues come up in the house and they were attended to very quickly.The grounds are gated, well maintained, very clean. The pool area is quite large with outdoor games and a bar (the only downside is that food is not served). There are other games in the lobby and boater's lounge.There are many restaurants nearby (we mostly cooked at the house) and Publix is five minutes away.Also, the marina has a professional staff and the grounds there are very nice and well maintained and have gas barbeques for guests.We highly recommend this property and would stay there again--perhaps soon the bar can serve some lunch. :)

Awesome and Amazing Vacation

Reviewer Comments: I almost did not want to write this review because I’d like to keep Marlin Bay “all to myself.” We had the BEST vacation at our Marlin Bay home. From everything to check in which was smooth and seamless (the concierge even texted me to let me know she left some house lights on because we were getting in so late), to our stay which was SUCH a pleasure. The house was GORGEOUS, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, generous size bedrooms/bathrooms/closets and beautiful unique decor. Also, the pool was literally in our front yard. We rented a boat and things at the marina were a pleasure. We met the nicest guests during our stay, used the grills to cook fish we caught and got so much rest and relaxation. Even at the conclusion of our stay when we left an item behind WE were contacted first on how to get the item returned and the process of having the item shipped back could not have been easier. I thought the keys were my favorite place on earth but after this vacation I want to plan to retire there. Thank you to Marlin Bay staff for an incredible stay!!!!

Wonderful Week at Marlin Bay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was beautiful, the pool and grounds were pristine and the communications with the management company was wonderful. I wish I had one of those super comfy poolside daybeds at our own home! We loved having Publix so nearby too. Highly recommend staying here! My only suggestion would be to add a few more plates and utensils.

The Perfect Vacation Spot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Marlin Bay Resort & Marina thought of everything! We absolutely loved our stay. Pros: Full sized garage, 3 levels allowing privacy for (2) couples, beautiful bathrooms with all amenities, stocked kitchen with everything we needed, amazing walk in closets in all bedrooms, lovely outdoor deck area, small touches such as umbrellas, anti-bac, soft towels (and plenty of them), excursion towels, roomy fridge, nice washer/dryer, dish soap, laundry detergent....just everything you could possibly want! We also loved the heated pool, outdoor gaming area and the pool bar. Lovely area to walk around and explore and in walking distance to several nice restaurants (including a great breakfast spot!) Additional 'nice to haves' would be: TV's in every bedroom, full length mirror & squeegees for the showers!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome experience. The house was lovely and incredibly clean! It was perfect for a COVID friendly get away and the concierge was amazing!!!!. The clubhouse was closed due to the circumstances but we will definitely visit again. The only negative is the elevator was out of service, which would have come in handy because there are 3 levels in the house. We had a private chef cook for us so it was a bit of a pain for them. Other than that it was great!

Amazing property!

The resort and condo are amazing! The condo was very clean and fully stocked! The pool area and bar was quite fun. If you are evening people the pool and hot tub close at dusk. The garage is wonderful place to store extra belongings. There is so much to see and do in the area. The restaurants were very good. A short drive to Key West! We will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed there for 9 days and was blown away how nice everything was. Our place had 3 stories with an elevator in it. It also had a staircase going to the top of the roof where there were couches and an awesome place to relax and enjoy the scenery. The pool was heated and warm all the time. It was very large and had plenty of room in it. The marina was nice to talk walks on and enjoy the sunset. It was also great for grilling and had a fish cleaning station that we were able to clean our fresh catch with. This place e j would highly recommend to anyone. Staff was also very nice.
