Onze villa aan het water # 2 beschikt over 3 slaapkamers, een koning, een koningin en twee grote bedden, samen met 2. 5 badkamers met een totaal van 1350 m² voor uw volledige comfort. Onze villa heeft alles om u zich meteen thuis te voelen, een gastronomische keuken, eettafel, tv's in elke kamer met kabel, lederen verstelbare banken, internet en portieken met zitplaatsen op beide niveaus. Je kunt zelfs in de achtertuin vissen!

A Fantastic Getaway in the Florida Keys

Very clean and well-kept property located in a very desirable spot in Marathon, FL, on a lagoon outlet. Easy access to countless restaurants, stores, beach, aquarium, 7-mile bridge, etc - everything inside 15 minutes. Nice and clean community pool. Check-in and check-out is a breeze. Owner is very accessible, professional and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Sean’s house is really nice, comfortable, clean and convenient! We’ve stayed in several houses in Coral Lagoon, and this is one of the nicest ones we’ve stayed at. Highly recommend and we will be booking this one again. Great view as well!

8 of us stayed at the house to celebrate an upcoming wedding. Easy to get to, great amenities, and an hour from Key West made our stay perfect! Cooked multiple meals in the kitchen and used the grill on the back porch. Really enjoyed our stay and will visit again without hesitation!

I can’t say enough about our stay. The location was great. Even though we were right off of US 1, our villa was very quiet and we had no traffic noise. We spent a lot of time on the back deck watching boating / kayaking activity. We even saw a dolphin. The villa was super clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. Whenever I reached out to Sean, he was VERY responsive. I have nothing but positive things to say about our stay, and in the future we will certainly stay again.

We were so happy with our stay in Marathon - Key West. This property is beautiful and managed extremely well. We had no issues with the property. Our communication with Sean was professional and he helped us with any questions we had. The pool at this property was amazing & well kept. One of the many reasons we will be back. Very clean, well-stocked rental unit. Owner easy to reach for any questions, very helpful, great communication. It was so helpful to have a notebook there so we could look at recommendations for area attractions and restaurants among other house rules and instructions that were well spelled out. We tried a couple of the restaurants and they were truly excellent. Beds were comfortable. Nice quiet location in the middle of the keys. We really enjoyed and relaxed on the front porch. Would highly recommend this property!
