Outdoor entertainment area right next to the pool.  Swim up to the bar with seats and views of the grilling area. This is Paradise!   

This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom waterfront home is located on a quiet street with a fully gated yard.

This lot has a wrap-around dock, which is ample for boats or jet skis 80 ft of dock on one side and 143 ft on the other side.

Minutes to the Gulf of Mexico by boat.  Ocean access is possible through the 3-mile bridge or Vaca Cut. 

The main floor of this home has a large living area and an open floor plan with soaring ceilings.  Plenty of room for entertaining family and friends. The kitchen is large and features granite countertops and upgraded stainless-steel appliances to include an island with seating, large open spaces, and a dry bar entertainment area with Open water views. 

Bedroom Description The expansive master suite has a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bath. There is a junior master on the main level, also with a queen-sized bed, and it utilizes the hall bath. TVs in each bedroom.

The lower storage room has an extra refrigerator and one double kayak included. 

Hi-Speed Internet included.

Two extra aero beds are provided for our guests.

Bar entertainment area, which is waterfront and poolside, Hammock Tiki Hut, Grill, very serene!

Maximum of three vehicles. On-site assigned trailer parking for One trailer only.

Pool Heat is included from Dec through April.

The Spa is on the same heating system as the pool heat; the spa cannot be heated separately.
