Sombrero Beach Villa met privézwembad en dock

Deze prachtige villa is gebouwd in 2017, waardoor het een van de nieuwste en moderne huizen in de Florida Keys is. Er zijn tal van kwaliteiten die deze villa een ideale plek maken om naar huis te bellen voor uw reizen, zoals: locatie, voorzieningen, comfort en stijl.

Marathon, Florida staat midden in alle schoonheid en actie van wat de Florida Keys te bieden hebben. Veel populaire bezienswaardigheden liggen op slechts enkele minuten afstand! Er zijn veel bekroonde en hoog gewaardeerde restaurants op Tripadvisor op loopafstand of een korte autorit verwijderd. Sombrero Beach is een openbaar strand met gratis parkeergelegenheid, grillen in de buitenlucht, kajaklanceringsgebied, beachvolleybal, kinderspeelplaats en openbare toiletten. Op wandel- of fietsafstand van ons huis: Publix Supermarket, KMart, McDonalds, Walgreens, USPS, UPS en Ice Cream Parlor om er maar een paar te noemen.

Onze grote 40 voet dock biedt onze gasten de mogelijkheid om hun boten, jetski's en waverunners mee te nemen, of om ze lokaal te huren en hebben ze rechtstreeks vanuit hun huis gemakkelijk toegang. Het dok bevat wasbenodigdheden zoals een slang en een stopcontact, alles voor het gemak van onze gasten. En een betere manier om te genieten van een mooie zonnige dag dan met een duik in het zwembad. Ons zwembad biedt een tweepersoonsbank met een waterstraal en een LED-licht om de perfecte nachtelijke sfeer te creëren. En nu kunt u tijdens het winterseizoen genieten van het zwembad met onze nieuw geïnstalleerde zwembadwaterverwarmer!

Dit huis is uitgerust met alle dingen die nodig zijn om uw vakantie onvergetelijk te maken. Strand, douche en washandjes zijn allemaal inbegrepen bij uw verblijf. Startershampoo, conditioner, zeep en douchegels worden in elke badkamer geplaatst. Keuken is volledig uitgerust met potten, pannen, bestek, serveerschalen, grote borden, slaborden, kommen, mokken, glazen bekers, wijnglazen en nog veel meer.

Paradise

The home is beautiful and very clean. The kitchen had all the cookware and items we needed. The pool was beautiful and the home is on a canal which was nice to fish off the dock. We were able to manatees swimming in the canal. The house was in a great location with a grocery store nearby. The owner was very quick to respond to text messages. We had a great week and would stay here again.

Well appointed with a great location

We are on our way home and are already looking for dates for next year. We took our 3 grown children, their spouses, and 1 grandbaby for the week. The property had everything we needed (and even stuff we didn’t know we needed). The pool is on the smaller side but plenty of room for us all to stay cool. An hour from Key West, or Key Largo and super close to grocery stores, the beach, and restaurants. Our host was very quick to answer any questions we had. The kids loved havthe bikes and kayaks, to go off and explore and we really enjoyed the manatees that visited regularly.

Beautiful Keys Property

Thank you so much to Elizabeth and team for our fantastic stay at Keys Ohana. The experience was beyond our expectations! The house is more beautiful than the photos let on. The setup of the house was absolutely perfect for our family of 5 adults and 2 children - we had room to spare. The pool was perfect and heated in the spring months. We saw manatees off the dock and also rented a pontoon boat for a couple of days and docked it right there. Elizabeth was quickly responsive to our questions. We cannot wait to come back!

Family Vacation - Best Week!

We had the best time in Marathon! The house was exactly what we needed for 6 adults, 1 toddler, & 1 infant. Location was perfect - 5 mins from the beach & right next to Publix/stores you might need to run to quick! We loved spending our mornings on the deck before the beach & then coming home for lunch to relax by the pool the rest of the day. Communication with the home owner was great - we had a couple questions come up through the week & they were quick to respond and very helpful! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful vacation in the Keys!

The house was very modern with a lot of upgrades that made for a comfortable stay. It was well equipped and very clean. We enjoyed using the pool, kayaks, as well as the dock (we rented a boat). The location is ideal, very close to the grocery store and only a few minute drive to Sombrero Beach. We highly recommend this house!

A Little Piece of Paradise

Amazing home to spend your next family vacation! The location was perfect to walk to the grocery store along with the beach - bike too. Great Place for the Family

Great Vacation!!

Our stay here was beyond great! We brought the boat and kept it at the homes dock. We went fishing, diving and relaxing at a sandbar! The house is clean, well furnished and very comfortable. The swimming pool and patio area under the home is really nice! Our oldest son’s car battery was dead on departure day and I had no tools. Arty had tools and he cleaned the terminals and we jumped his car. This was really nice of Arty! Thank you! In my fifty some years of life our vacation at this home in Marathon is a top two favorite! Thank you Elizabeth!

Perfect Getaway

We go to the Keys every year and this was our first time at this house. Everything was perfect - location, rooms, bathrooms, pool… you name it. If you’re looking at the Keys for the first time, stay in Marathon and stay here. You’re a 1 minute drive or 5 minute walk to multiple grocery stores. Dock access. Close to Sombrero Beach and several great restaurants. 1-hour to Key West or 1-hour back to Key Largo. We visited all the Keys, as always, but really loved our time hanging out in the outdoor area, listening to music, and playing in the pool. Fully recommend staying here.

Beautiful house and pool

The house was beautiful and had a great layout with one bedroom and bath on the main floor and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the upper floor. The pool area was perfection - covered area with table for eating and hanging out when not in the pool. The dock was fun for fishing and we used the kayaks daily. Location was right between the main road and the beach. Publix, Walgreens and Winn Dixie within walking distance. Great vacation!!

Just what I needed

This property is beautiful and set up for a great stay. The bedrooms are nice and comfortable. Plenty of towels for showers and the beach. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare great meals. The pool and dock areas gave us lots of things to do during our stay. My grand kids and their parents enjoyed the kayaks every morning. We rented a boat and explored sandbars and restaurants in the area. Spending time with my family was perfect on this property. Thanks to the owners for the little extra care.
