Home was exactly as described. Host provided great and instant communication. Great home for large group. Outdoor amenities were plentiful. Would definitely stay here again.

Took our family of 14 ( 5 grands under 7) the house is perfect for a large group. I can’t describe the home in any other way than to say it is one of the best we’ve ever rented in the keys (2-3 times a year for the past 22 years). We will be back. Miss Lisa was a perfect host and when I say this home has everything, I mean everything. From toys for kids to the pool to a shaded fish cleaning station ( planted trees provide shade which is important in July). Dock is well kept and the only drawback was we had to leave and come home… pull the trigger and rent this place!

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this house. It is big and beautiful and filled with games and activities for the entire family. The pool was amazing, warm enough to swim all day and then move to the hot tub at night. Location was perfect. About a mile from the beach and within a couple miles to many other activities and restaurants. The outdoor kitchen was great , so nice that we didn’t use either of the indoor kitchens which had everything you could need to cook. The surf shop just down the road was a great place to shop and also had a surf machine to try out your water skills. I would definitely recommend this home for your vacation.

We had a great vacation at the Sombrero Beach House, Captain Bob and Liz were great to deal with. The house was clean and well supplied. The bath towels were very small but there were plenty of them. Also plenty of pool towels. The house was spacious and well equipped, it had everything we needed for the week.We rented their boat for the week and had a great time snorkeling at the sand bars and Sombrero reef. The boat needs a little maintenance but got us there and back with no problems. The outside living space and pool were great, plenty of space for the family. We made use of the outdoor kitchen almost everyday! And the girls loved the Iguana visits and searching for crabs in the rocks. The sun rose at the font of the house so morning coffee on the back porch was very enjoyable.We did have a few days of kelp smell but it didn’t affect our time there.
