Vanaf het moment dat u aankomt, wordt u weggevaagd door de uitzichten die dit huis biedt. Perfect voor een gezin of vrienden die samen reizen. Dit huis is uw thuis weg van huis. Het is vakkundig ingericht om u en uw gezin te laten ontspannen en te genieten van het weidse uitzicht op de Atlantische Oceaan. De prive 60 voet dock kunt u de oceaan verkennen als u wilt. Het gebied is geweldig om te vissen, snorkelen, paddleboarden en kajakken. Als u niet bezig bent met het verkennen van de oceaan, kunt u ontspannen in het privézwembad. Marathon is slechts een korte 50 mijl rijden van het hart van Key West.

Het huis met 2 slaapkamers, 2 en 1/2 badkamers is volledig ingericht. Beide slaapkamers bieden kingsize bedden, dressoirs en nachtkastjes om al uw spullen op te bergen. De keuken is volledig gevuld met al uw kook- en eetbehoeften. Een groot eiland biedt extra zitplaatsen, samen met de grote eettafel. De familiekamer biedt een queensize slaapbank voor maximaal twee extra gasten. Met een nieuwe wasmachine en droger kunt u uw eigen wasgoed wassen. Beide slaapkamers en de familiekamer bieden kabel-tv en wifi. De 60 ft. Dock aan de achterkant van het huis laat watersporters uw boten binnenbrengen en opslaan terwijl u geniet van het huis.

Dit is een zusterhuis naast het huis ernaast, aanbieding # 1034656. Het verschil tussen de twee is dat de aanbieding # 1034656 zich op een dubbele kavel bevindt, tweemaal de kooi heeft, 10 bedden slaapt en zondag tot zondag verhuurt. We gebruiken dezelfde huishoudster voor beide huizen en ze kan er alleen een in het tijdsvenster klaarmaken vanaf het uitchecken om in te checken, daarom verhuurt deze lijst zaterdag tot zaterdag en lijst # 1034656 verhuurt zondag tot zondag.

Beautiful property! Can't say enough about it. Just like the pictures. Lots of extras....laundry soap, beach chairs, small cooler, beach towels, plenty of bath towels, every kitchen utensil, even spices. On demand hot water, large permanent umbrella above the table near the pool (different than the pictures) Home is in excellent condition. We plan to return.

Amazing paradise!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Great quiet yet convenient location, comfy beds, cold AC, the owner was super friendly and accommodating. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and most importantly COFFEE! Beach towels and beach chairs on hand were a plus. The kids loved swimming pool, as did I. We saw manatees and various fish in the canal. We will definitely be back!

We will be back!

We had an amazing stay in Marathon, FL! The location was perfect for our boat and offered easy access to both offshore and inshore fishing spots. The accommodations were spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We loved cooking meals every day, especially the fish we caught. We also enjoyed playing multiple games of Uno that was provided there. The pool was a fantastic way to unwind after a long day in the sun or just to relax. The community was friendly, and we met some great people both in the area and on the canal. One of the highlights was seeing the manatees by the dock in the mornings and evenings—a mom and her baby who enjoyed drinking fresh water from the hose. I wish I could attach pictures to show those precious moments! We made wonderful memories and, although we visit a couple times a year, this was our first time at this home, and we've decided that we'll definitely be choosing this place again! The owners are incredibly nice people too! Highly recommend! -From Ruskin, FL

Marathon Paradise

Once again we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners are very responsive and go over and above to make your stay as relaxing as possible. House is fully loaded with all the amenities needed. Everything about this home Is perfect. Great location. Fully stocked, beautiful views, Comfy Large beds, Updated , tastefully decorated, open living spaces, and a COLD COLD AC! Plenty of parking especially if your bringing a boat and trailer, kids enjoyed the Pool and fishing off dock, caught tarpon and Snappers behind home. Perfect central location in the Keys! Fantastic views fantastic location

The house is very clean and well maintained. There are great views from every room. You can catch the sunrise from the living room and watch the sunset turn the ocean pink from the pool on the canal side. There is everything you need at the house to make your stay comfortable. There are multiple restaurants, grocery stores, and drug stores within two miles should you need anything. There is also lots of fishing and snorkeling charters within a few miles. We rented a tandem kayak that was delivered to the house and fished the near by mangroves. We use VRBO often and this was one of the cleanest I have stayed in and would definitely book it again.

This property is beautiful and spotless clean. It's close to all kinds of good stuff; Restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations. The pool was great. And it was short drives to both Key West and Key Largo. We would stay here again.
