This apartment is ideal for families and it is near Alicate Playa in Marbella. The accommodation has approximate 100m2 with a terrace with direct access to the resort Alvarito Playa.



Terrace is nicely furnished with a large dining table for 6 people, a small table with a comfortable sofa and 2 chairs.



The interior of the apartment has a modern style with high quality furniture throughout the apartment for a homely feeling and is ideal for both vacation and work.



Open plan living room contains comfortable air conditioned sofa area with Wi-Fi, a large Smart TV for your favourite streaming providers like Netflix, HBO etc. You can access the American kitchen from the living room. It is fully equipped with i.e., induction hob, dishwasher, microwave w/grill and a washing machine, etc.

The common area is beautifully maintained with green space and palm trees. There is free access to 3 large pool areas, and free access to 2 tennis courts and football field. The main pool is accessible the whole year.



It is no coincidence that the coast of Costa del Sol is also often referred to as Costa del Golf, as there are many and good golf facilities in area.



If you wish to go on day trips, there is even more to explore from Alhambra in Granada (also a must), English Gibraltar (Do not forget your passport), charming Seville or take the boat to Tangier in Africa to make it really exotic.
