White Pearl Beach1 is 100m from the beach being an enclosed oval gated development in a peaceful location. It is a few minutes walk from the Don Carlos hotel, Romano gym, Nikki Beach Club, shops banks and restaurants. It is 5 minutes drive to the Santa Maria golf club and there are tennis and water sports within easy walking distance. The beach is a long safe bathing beach with golden sand, unspoilt by development with restaurants and sunbeds at both ends. The floral gardens are outstanding with mature palms and trees providing shade and the three pools with sun loungers and parasols are great for relaxing. The adult pool is heated in the cooler months

. The apartment has marble floors throughout and is air-conditioned. It is fully equipped with fibre optic WiFi and internet TV with 150 channels in multi languages .

Fantastic location

Very pleasant accommodation and much appreciated terrace! The kitchen and masterbed could use an update, but it didn’t ruin our stay. The cockroaches almost did though, but the weather and the rest of the accommodation won! We hope you manage to totally exterminate all cockraoches out of the appartement as we would love to come back again.

Leuk verblijf aan Nikki Beach

Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad op dit verblijf. Het is een mooie, ruime, woning. Het heeft een groot terras met tafel en stoelen en 4 ligbedden. Zwembaden zijn schoon en met voldoende ligbedden. Op 3 min loopafstand van het strand waar ook meerdere eettentjes zijn. Tenminste vijf restaurants binnen loopbereik over het strand.

Ruime woning in een oase

Wij hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in Elviria en omgeving. Met de via Sunnycars gehuurde Hertz auto vanaf Malaga naar Elviria gereden. De ontvangen routebeschrijving wees ons keurig de weg. Bij aankomst hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaren van het appartement die toevallig ook nog aanwezig waren. Wij waren met 3 personen en hadden meer dan voldoende ruimte in het schone appartement. Alle apparatuur werkte prima en het terras was heerlijk evenals het verwarmde zwembad. Doordat het weer ook prima meewerkte, enkele dagen bewolking en enkele dagen goede zon, hebben we de directe en indirecte omgeving goed kunnen verkennen. Het was steeds weer top om de privegarage in te kunnen rijden en binnendoor weer naar " ons" huis te gaan. Patrick bedankt voor de gastvrijheid en wij komen zeker een keer terug.

Dirty and smelly and not even the most basic of items such as a tea towel or dish cloth. Absolutely awful and we left half way through and checked into a local hotel.

Excellente estado de las instalaciones generales y del piso en general. El aire acondicionado funcionan muy bien. El piso aun conserva el mobiliario e instalaciones original (80s), para quienes desean algo moderno no es adecuado. El precio es acorde a las instalaciones. Fantastic stay would definitely return!

We had a really great stay at this white pearl beach apartment. The property is very spacious with a lovely outdoor terrace and we were very comfortable. The location of the properly is a real highlight, just a few seconds from the beautiful beach and lots of restaurants. The grounds are lovely, the pools very clean and the complex felt safe and secure. The host was very prompt with communication and accommodating. We would definitely recommend and will return!

Una experiencia para repetir...

El apartamento está situado en una estupenda urbanización muy bien ajardinada. Tiene tres piscinas y nunca había excesivo barullo. Se encuentra a escasos 2 minutos de una playa estupenda y un par de chiringuitos donde tomar buenos espetos. El apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de estos días. Yo le pondría dos peros: Podría tener alguna televisión más ya que solamente tiene una, no muy grande en el salón. Y lo peor es que tuvimos varios encuentros con cucarachas. No es que sea una plaga pero en los 15 días que estuvimos nos encontramos con unas 7 u 8 andando por la casa.

Great Week

A very good, spacious apartment, adequately equipped with everything required. Situated in an excellent secure development, surrounded by beautiful gardens and pool areas, which are well maintained. Beaches, good restaurants and shops are all within easy walking distance. We were only a couple, but would be quite suitable for a family.

The apartment a little to far away from amenities and bus service for us with the up incline making it longer you need transport. Tha apartment ideally situated for full sun all day and in the best location of White Pebble Beach it is also only a few minutes walk to lovely beach,however the apartment is very tired and lacks a good clean could have done with some cleaning materials went to use the mop and it put more dirt on the floor, the owners need to address this as a filthy mop says it all,no instructions for cooker even the loungers outside were hard work to use, having said all this new loungers were brought on the day we left and I know the owners are looking to make changes, which would then put them at the top where they should be. Great discomfort in apartment rented, shabby contents threadbare inadequate bedding,no loo roll/soap on arrival! This caused my sister & I to investigate rentals generally In Andalucia. It appeared that not only is the proprietor currently unlicensed to operate in Andalucia but the apartment failed most, if not all, or the regulations laid down in the Andalucian Holiday Property Rental Laws of 2016. We would not recommend the apartment, any other properties the proprietor may own or your organisation to anyone. However the location is delightful.

Spent all of our first day washing all the bedding as it was dirty and full of stains. The apartment was very tired , with very old uncomfortable mattresses. The terrace was all overgrown and encroaching into the seating area. Contacted the owner who offered no form of compensation at all and assured us terrace issue would be resolved, still wasn’t when we left. Very disappointing that we spent day one of our holiday washing. I would go back to the apartment block as the location was fantastic and travel their regularly , unfortunately I wouldn’t ever book through this owner again.
