Usually a good place to stay but the room this time looked nothing like the pictures. It was worn out, had broken wardrobe and cabinet doors, faulty room door and was incredibly noisy throughout.

Good location and generally it serves its purpose. This time round it looks as if there were three Spanish families staying in different rooms and not only were they very loud but their children ran from room to room till very late at night!

Leider kann ich nicht viel Gutes zur Unterkunft berichten. Möbel runtergekommen, Wände gefühlt aus Pappe, dreckig und sogar eine Kakerlake im Bad gehabt. In der Nacht hat von etwa 1:00 bis 5:30 ein Mitarbeiter lautstark telefoniert und hat im Flur rumgeschrien als man sich bemerkbar gemacht hat. Check In und Auschecken hat gut geklappt, Lage auch in Ordnung.

El hotel de los horrores
El hotel, fatal. No tenía ascensor y tenía una escalera bastante empinada con tramos en los que no había barandilla. Tenías que subir tu la maleta porque nadie te ayudaba. Además no estaba nada limpio y con aspecto de descuidado. Al baño le faltaba la tapa del inodoro, no tenía papel higiénico la puerta del baño estaba inchada, las sillas de la habitación peladas y sucias, la Tv no funcionaba, a los mandos de la Tv y del aire acondicionado les faltaban las tapas, la puerta del armario de la cocina estaba torcida y así varios desperfectos más.
Falta la tapa del inodoro, el papel higiénico ya me lo habían dado

Lieber nicht im Hochsommer!
Leider ist die Klimaanlage am zweiten Tag ausgefallen und war nur noch eine Lüftung. Sehr schlecht! Weiterhin fehlte beim einchecken der Duschkopf, konnte aber sehr von der Rezeption besorgt werden. Das Waschbecken war lose und wackelte bedenklich. Die Lage zum Strand und der Altstadt ist super!

Un hébergement qui est sale .. pas d'équipements manquait la pomme de douche juste le tuyau pour se laver une fenêtre qui fermait pas une clim défaillante une literie pas confortable beaucoup de bruits de circulation du coup à cause de la fenêtre eponges dégueulasses j'ai des photos !!

I stayed here for 2 nights the location is so good and the rooms are very good and comfortable. But the bad side of this place is 1. If u want to arrive before the check just to drop ur bags don’t do it because there’s nobody there to take ur bags. 2. First day I was in one room The ac was not working and the wifi either when I told them this they didn’t do nothing. 3rd day I was in another room the smell that was coming out of the bathroom was awful. Over all the installations are good but it’s very deficient when it comes to customer service they’re missing a lot

Could be better 🤔
The fridge didn’t work and after a few attempts to let receptionists know about that problem I understood it will not be fixed. Also the evening before I left the gate with code broke and the gate had to stay open all night. Otherwise very good location, friendly staff, clean.

First of all, the wifi did not work in my room, the staff were no help. The room overall was ok for the price, however, it should be noted that the mirror was cracked, the towels had stains on them. It’s a shame as the location was excellent. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

Never again!!!
THIS "HOTEL" deserves no more than 1.5 star. I put 3 stars over 5 for eco friendliness as they even keep towels with holes... Photos are not showing reality, windows, lighting is hard with extra cold strong lights, and totally white walls (excepts stains on them...), you could feel in a bad hospital room. Furnitures etc are super cheap. Staff is not friendly, not professional (when you put your hotel rooms on a website, you check information showed about it), nor flexible. I was not given the room that I order. Security issues as some electric cables are on the air... And that was supposed to be a deluxe...

Para empezar las estrellas no corresponden con el “hotel” podéis especificar que son habitaciones o apartamento. Ni una botella de agua . Ruido toda la noche del aire acondicionado. Vistas a una terraza lleno de trastos y para colmo los regentes del hotel hablaban a toda voz en una habitación continua a la nuestra . Conclusión un desastre

Für ein günstiges Hotel wirklich top. Der Check in hat nichtmal 5 min gedauert, dort haben wir auch ein gratis Upgrade bekommen. Klar, wissen wir nicht wie unser Original Zimmer wäre aber mit dem kleinen Apartment was wir bekommen haben waren wir sehr zufrieden. Natürlich hatte das Apartment hier und da seine kleinen Macken aber hey, was erwartet man bei einem Low cost hotel? Die Umgebung ist auch super und freie Parkplätze gibt es auf der Straße

I was excited about booking this property based on its location and the pictures. The location was very good, but there were a few hiccups with ultimately impacted our stay. Firstly, the hotel doesn’t have 24-7 reception, you should clarify beforehand. Unfortunately I didn’t and the only way to contact the hotel was to call (not able to WhatsApp at least on the messaging we got from them- though it seems WhatsApp would have worked). Luckily, the reception staff were very helpful and allowed us to leave our bags until check in later. When we checked in, we settled into the room we were given which didn’t look like the pictures, seemed a little dirty and unlocked after (missing skirting boards, light switches not fully adherent to walls, bathroom cleanliness not ideal). Then when I used the sink, it was fully clogged. We had to contact reception since they had left and had to wait 30 min till they came back to assign another room. We were only in Marbella for the day so this was eating precious sunlight hours for us. The second room we were given was a bit smaller but reeked of smoke, so much so that when I left the room, my clothing smelled like smoke. So we had to change rooms again, we were then showed a much smaller room without a kitchenette and eventually were upgraded to a different building with a much more spacious room. While they tried to fix things after the fact satisfactorily, this all should have been checked beforehand rather than the hassle

The room itself was a good size and in a good position. We thought that the traffic on the main road outside the apartment would keep us awake but we were wrong. What did keep us awake was the sound of the TV next door at 4am. In the end I banged on the wall and the volume on the TV was lowered but you could still hear it. I suppose that you can't blame the landlord for this Mattress was not very comfortable

Enjoyed my stay here as it was totally comfort, in the Old Town and quite attractive. I would recommend this one to anyone who is on a reasonably low budget but wants to avoid the inconveniences and shabbiness of hostels or low budget accommodations.

Hôtel modeste mais disposant tout de même de toutes les commodités nécessaires, clim, etc, sauf l'ascenseur. Le ménage n'est pas fait tous les jours mais c'est très propre à l'arrivée et après le ménage. Très bien situé, il n'y a qu'à traverser la rue pour atteindre la plage. Proche du centre, de tous commerces et restaurants. Personnel très arrangeant et disponible sur message par whatsapp, nous avons eu besoin de changer de chambre, après l'opération de ma femme, nous nous sommes rendu compte qu'il serait trop difficile pour elle de monter les étages, on nous a donné une nouvelle chambre au niveau le plus bas, 1er étage. ---------- Modest hotel but still having all the necessary amenities, air conditioning, etc., except the elevator. The cleaning is not done every day but it is very clean on arrival and after cleaning. Great location, you only have to cross the street to reach the beach. Close to the center, to all shops and restaurants. Staff very accommodating and available on whatsapp message, we needed to change rooms, after my wife's surgery we realized that it would be too difficult for her to go up the floors, we were immediately (1 hour) given a new room on the lowest level, 1st floor.
