After a day exploring or enjoying the sunshine, the cosy living room is the perfect place to sit back and spend some time together. The fully equipped kitchen also gives you the freedom to prepare your favourite meals and enjoy them in the comfort of the apartment.

Santa María Village is located in Elviria, a peaceful, green residential area in eastern Marbella. Surrounded by pine trees and Mediterranean landscapes, the area offers a quieter atmosphere while still being close to local restaurants, cafés, shops and everyday amenities. Guests can enjoy the nearby beaches, explore the coastline or visit Santa María Golf Club, whose course is surrounded by beautiful natural scenery.

The location is also ideal for discovering more of Marbella and the Costa del Sol. Guests can explore the beaches and protected dunes around Artola and Cabopino, enjoy outdoor activities in the surrounding area, or head into Marbella centre to discover its historic Old Town, shops, restaurants and seafront promenade. Elviria also offers easy access to other attractions and coastal leisure areas, making it a convenient base for exploring the region.

Thanks to its location on the Costa del Sol, getting around is very easy.

Driving is the most recommended option to take advantage of the complex's elevated position and explore the surrounding area.

Marbella town centre is just 15 minutes away by car.

Legal Registration: Mandatory for guests aged 14 and over (Order INT/321/2021). Access will be automatically denied if online registration is not completed.

Quiet and Noise: It is essential to respect the neighbors' rest between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. The apartment has a noise sensor. Exceeding 75dB or tampering with/disconnecting the device will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

No Smoking: Strictly prohibited both inside the apartment and in the building's common areas.

Cleaning: Dishes must be left clean, and trash must be taken to the containers located outside the building upon departure.

Pets: No animals of any kind are allowed (including assistance animals).

Visitors: Access is prohibited to anyone not included in the initial reservation.
