Good afternoon,We're sorry for all the inconvenience.However, we find it strange that so many problems and they never complained at the reception.The air conditioning is automatic, it turns on and off when it reaches the temperature.The bedspreads on the bed are strange to us because they were dirty, however if they are left on the floor as we found them when cleaning the room, it is possible that they had some stains from stepping on them.Regarding the issue of the towel, that towel was lying on the floor, next to the bedspreads on the bed, our cleaning service thought they were for washing since it was also dirty.In the afternoon, the cleaning service gave you the towel, just as you requested.The hotel does not keep the client's towels...The best thing would have been to inform reception, surely at that moment everything had an explanation.Thank you and see you next time.
