Mooi appartement op loopafstand van Puerto Banus en het strand

Een helder en onlangs gerenoveerde appartement met een groot zonovergoten terras met uitzicht over de prachtig zwembad in Aldea Blanca. Aldea Blanca is een condominium in een bekroonde volgroeide tropische tuin. Tussen de exotische palmbomen en de grootste van de vier luxe zwembaden is onze nederige en kalmerende gelijkvloers appartement. Het terras, volledig uitgerust met een eettafel, een lounge bank en zonnedek stoelen, heeft zijn eigen poort, die slechts een paar stappen nodig totdat u een duik in het heldere water. De woonkamer bestaat uit een eettafel voor zes personen, een tv-hoek en een groot raam verlichte zithoek met een deur naar het terras. Onze keuken is volledig uitgerust voor uw comfort met vaatwasser, wasmachine en nog veel meer. Het appartement heeft twee slaapkamers, de grootste van de twee met een eigen badkamer en directe toegang tot het terras.
Het appartement beschikt over internationale tv en high speed internet via glasvezel.
Aldea Blanca is omheind met 24 uur beveiliging.

Het appartement ligt op slechts tien minuten lopen van het strand en Centro Plaza, het dichtst commerciële winkelcentrum, is nog minder dan dat. Een honderd meter buiten de poort zijn er restaurants en winkels geopend van 's morgens vroeg tot' s avonds laat aan uw zoete tand, droge keel en lege maag te voldoen.
Ons appartement is geregistreerd bij de Junta de Andalucía als erkend Vakantie verhuur appartement Ref CTC-201.641.914. Zoals vereist door de wet.

Excellent stay as always

This is the 3rd time we have stopped at this apartment and we love it, the introduction of the new bi-fold doors has been great and we used them every day. We love stopping here and Mari is an excellent host and has always been very helpful and responsive to any questions asked. We love stopping here its like a home from home and its our go to every year. Shops and restaurant's are all nearby which is great. Pools and gardens are always kept clean and tidy and are great for adults and kids alike.

Relaxing family holiday just a few thoughts……

This was our 2nd visit to this apartment, previously staying in summer 2022. The location is perfect for us and everything is within walking distance. The pool area is great and very relaxing. Overall a very relaxing family holiday. The only things I would say is the apartment bathrooms need a little TLC with cleaning and updating. We thought this a few years ago and commented but sadly it hadn’t been done. This didn’t spoil the holiday but would have made a great holiday fantastic

Fantastic spacious property. Everything you need in a wonderful location. We stayed at the end of August and the whole area was well maintained wonderfully quiet and just delightful. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Plus some fabulous place to explore just a short drive away.

Fantastic Property in a fantastic area

Location was perfect, accommodation was excellent with all the mod cons you need. You couldn’t get a property closer to the pool and it was a dream to be away from the traditional “sun bed wars” of hotels. Aldea Blanca was a lovely complex situated just a few mins walk from supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Plenty of choice to suit any tastes. We will be back and cannot highly enough.

Schönes Appartement

Das Appartement ist großzügig aufgeteilt! Es gibt Rückzugsort, wenn man zu 4 Personen dort Urlaub macht! Herrliche Terrasse , schöne gepflegte Gartenanlage und der Standort perfekt für Erholung und auch für Ausflüge, da unweit die Autobahn zu erreichen ist. Viele Restaurants und ein Supermärkte alles fussläufig zu erreichen . Es hat uns gut gefallen . Vielen Dank

Très bel endroit !

Malgré la saison : Décembre !, température très douce permettant de faire de très belles promenades et visites ! Logement très confortable, très bien équipé; proche des commerce (mercado, Cortès Ingles ...) Très jolie décoration ! Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour; petit bémol, nous n'avons pas pu nous connecter aux postes francophones. Ce n'est pas grave. c'était notre 2ème séjour en Andalousie, nous pensons déjà à un troisième .

This was our second time staying in this lovely apartment and have already booked a third! It is set within a beautiful, well kept complex with an amazing pool. Has a fantastic large patio for outdoor enjoyment in the sunshine with lovely view of the pool. Shops, restaurants, beach and market all within walking distance albeit up or down a hill but definitely worth it in our opinion. Looking forward to our next visit already!

Magnifique séjour

Logement très confortable, chaleureux et très fonctionnel. Très grande terrasse avec un très beau canapé confortable. Espace paysagé très beau et très bien entretenu. Piscine exceptionnelle !!! Wonderful apartment in a great location

Great apartment with everything needed and more. The outside terrace was amazing! The apartment wasn't modern in its design but that was actually it's charm, so comfortable and relaxing. Apartment had a super location with the swimming pool a few steps away best complex we have ever stayed at lovely gardens and well maintained. Great quiet location nice restaurants nearby. Only a 10/15 minute walk down to the marina not the prettiest of walks but often jumped in taxi which was only a few euros. Very enjoyable stay and would recommend.

Long overdue relaxing family time in the sun

Great weather, perfect location, easy walking distance to centre, local bars and restaurants, supermarkets. Lovely pool and area. Great apartment on the ground floor which is stocked with everything. Only small things to improve on, it was difficult to find the apartment block as the taxi dropped us at the exit gate luckily an English resident helped us so please check you get dropped if having a taxi to the correct entrance. Bathrooms could do with updating a little in particular the showers. Mirrored door to en-suite catches on the floor so if it’s used in the night it would wake anyone else in the room up
