The Apartment:
The newly renovated apartment is furnished with a high standard in Nordic light and clean style with new furnishings and with a terrace that offers sun in the southwest. It consists of three bedrooms, - two master bedrooms with comfortable double beds in natural materials and an extra bedroom with two single beds with the same comfort standard. In addition, there is a sofa bed (2 people) in the living room and an open kitchen with elegant dining area. There are also two bathrooms, one with washing machine and the other with a bathtub. The terrace is also equipped with a dining table and a smaller coffee table.

Our serene 3 bedroom apartment is located just a minute of walk from Centro Plaza. You are also located just a few minutes of walk from the famous Harbour Of Puerto Banús. The community has 24/7 security and it is considered one of the best in Nueva Andalucía since it is very well maintained with a large pool area and a tropical environment. Centro Plaza is the heart of Nueva Andalucía with its numerous tasty restaurants, bars, incredible sea and city views. Famous La Sala is just a few minute's walk away. The apartment is an ideal setting for families, couples, and friends.
Neighborhood
Aldea Blanca is the ideal area in Nueva Andalucía for those who wish to be based in a calm area, just a few minutes of walk away from the beaches, nightlife and amenities of the area, and it's also an excellent base to explore the whole of Costa del Sol. Centro Plaza offers great viewpoints of the mountain and the sea as well as plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The town was developed for entertainment and there are more restaurants and bars than anything else here. The area is lined up with Spanish seafood restaurants, American hamburger joints, Italian eateries and food from all over the world basically.
Puerto Banús is known as an exclusive sailing and leisure port which is a benchmark in Europe. Just inland from the famous marina, beach clubs, eateries and designer shopping of Puerto Banús is Aldea Blanca and Nueva Andalucía, one of the finest residential areas of Marbella. Although small, Puerto Banús offers an amazing wealth of facilities and attractions; including beautiful beaches on either side of the port, a myriad of restaurants and bars, water sports, golf, a casino, cinema and a amazing selection of upmarket and expensive fashion boutiques; there is also an El Corte Ingles department store here, the largest department store chain in Spain.
If you really want to get a birds eye view of the port and its magnificent setting, then you can take a boat trip around the local coastline, which you can catch central promenade area.
Puerto Banús and Nueva Andalucía offer a full range of sporting facilities that are accessible whatever the season. If you prefer water sports, Puerto Banús beaches have them all!
Other Things to Note:
• PetsAs much as we love pets, we need to know what type of pet you are planning to travel with before we can accept your wishes. Please just ask us in the chat and we will answer immediately.
• No PartiesYou are of course allowed to play music during the day and evenings but it should be on a level that do not disturbs any of the neighbors. From 10PM it shall be very quiet out of respect for your neighbors who live in Marbella full time
work during the mornings. If you are planning to party, please let us know so you can instead be recommended some 'party friendly' properties. There is also zero tolerance for using drugs in the property.
• AC/HeaterTurn off the AC while you are not at home and when you are checking out please. Keep all windows closed when you use the system for the best effect. For monthly discounted bookings, the guest will stand responsible for the electricity costs.
• Security depositPlease respect community rules and leave the property in similar condition as when you arrived except from cleaning. We want to return the deposit and if you respect the rules there will be no problems. Failure to respect the community (Party, loud music etc) will result in you loosing the security deposit or in the worst case scenario that you need to leave the property earlier than expected so please respect that.
• Check in is possible between 4.00-9.00 PM.Later arrival is also possible for a charge of 40 Euros (In between 9.00 PM - 5.00 AM).
• Check-out is at latest 11AM.
• You will get a booklet before your arrival with information of extra services: Airport transfer, car rental, daily cleaning, baby equipment, private chef, grocery stocking and also a guide with recommendations that we have gathered through out the years in Marbella.
