Second Bedroom: Equipped with a single bed (90cm) and a trundle bed (90cm), ideal for children or additional guests.

Check-in: In-person check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. After 9:00 PM, a free self-service key collection option is available, or an in-person check-in for an additional fee.

Other things to note



House Rules: No smoking and no pets allowed. No groups of teenagers (minimum age of 25 for the primary guest). No parties or events allowed.



Quiet Hours: To ensure the tranquility of the community, quiet hours are observed from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.



Linens & Cleaning: Bed sheets, towels, and hygiene products are included. Beach towels are not provided.



Laundry: The unit is equipped with a washing machine and ironing facilities.



Pool: Open seasonally (June 15th to Sept 15th). Please confirm availability for your specific dates, as opening times may be affected by drought restrictions.
