Within a few steps from the Centro Plaza are high-ranking restaurants, golf clubs, the famous harbour of Puerto Banus, and many more!
The apartment:
The modern interior design style of the unit is characterized by clean lines, minimalism, natural materials, and natural light. Guests are provided with spaces in which every piece of furniture, shelf, cupboard, or work of art has a distinct and necessary function.



Want to spend some quality time indoors and enjoy a movie? The living space features a plush and cozy sofa and a wall-mounted TV, making it perfect for those intimate moments.



To prepare a home-cooked meal is made easy as guests have access to a kitchen that is fully equipped with a fridge, a stove, and all other cooking essentials. Serve that bowl or dish of goodness in the dining, which seats six, or use the outdoor dining area, accessible through the sliding glass doors of the living space. After dinning, you can relax in the lounge area which is also featured in that spacious terrace. Sip on a cup of tea or a refreshing cocktail while enjoying the panorama of beauty brought by the mountains and the sea. On a clear day, you can see the cliff of Gibraltar and the Atlas Mountains in Africa.



All that cool breeze calls for a quick yet reviving siesta? Good thing the unit offers two bedrooms, both having unbelievably comfortable queen beds that could easily take you to dreamland. A workspace is also provided in each bedroom for that work-leisure balance. With the two bedrooms comes a bathroom that features a toilet, a sink, a shower, a mirrored vanity, and other necessities.



Stepping outside, guests are welcomed in the shared pool area where new friends can be made, and great stories are exchanged. For the ultimate relaxation, soak up the sun on the chaise lounges or read up a book on the swing chair. After all the chat and the reading, splash everyone by jumping into the pool and allow the rest of the day to be filled with warmth and joy.

All the good stuff does not end here because on top of everything, the space is actually primely located just within a few steps from the Centro Plaza which is surrounded by restaurants, golf clubs, pubs, and the famous harbor of Puerto Banus, just 10 to 15 minutes away. As the title suggests, the place is indeed lovely and sunlit.



The neighborhood





Puerto Banús is known as an exclusive sailing and leisure port which is a benchmark in Europe. Just inland from the famous marina, beach clubs, eateries and designer shopping of Puerto Banús is Aldea Blanca and Nueva Andalucía, one of the finest residential areas of Marbella. Although small, Puerto Banús offers an amazing wealth of facilities and attractions; including beautiful beaches on either side of the port, a myriad of restaurants and bars, water sports, golf, a casino, cinema and a amazing selection of upmarket and expensive fashion boutiques; there is also an El Corte Ingles department store here, the largest department store chain in Spain.

If you really want to get a birds eye view of the port and its magnificent setting, then you can take a boat trip around the local coastline, which you can catch central promenade area.

Golden Banús is a new area and it is the ideal area in Nueva Andalucía for those who wish to be based in a calm area, just a few minutes of walk away from the beaches, nightlife and amenities of the area, and it's also an excellent base to explore the whole of Costa del Sol. Centro Plaza offers great viewpoints of the mountain and the sea as well as plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The town was developed for entertainment and there are more restaurants and bars than anything else here. The area is lined up with Spanish seafood restaurants, American hamburger joints, Italian eateries and food from all over the world basically.

Puerto Banús and Nueva Andalucía offer a full range of sporting facilities that are accessible whatever the season. If you prefer water sports, Puerto Banús beaches have them all!
Other Things to Note:
• PetsAs much as we love pets, we need to know what type of pet you are planning to travel with before we can accept your wishes. Please just ask us in the chat and we will answer immediately.

• No PartiesYou are of course allowed to play music during the day and evenings but it should be on a level that do not disturbs any of the neighbors. From 10PM it shall be very quiet out of respect for your neighbors who live in Marbella full time
work during the mornings. If you are planning to party, please let us know so you can instead be recommended some 'party friendly' properties. There is also zero tolerance for using drugs in the property.

• AC/HeaterTurn off the AC while you are not at home and when you are checking out please. Keep all windows closed when you use the system for the best effect.

• Security depositPlease respect community rules and leave the property in similar condition as when you arrived except from cleaning. We want to return the deposit and if you respect the rules there will be no problems. Failure to respect the community (Party, loud music etc) will result in you loosing the security deposit or in the worst case scenario that you need to leave the property earlier than expected so please respect that.

• Check in is possible between 4.00-9.00 PM.Later arrival is also possible for a charge of 40 Euros (In between 9.00 PM - 5.00 AM).

• Check-out is at latest 11AM.

• You will get a booklet before your arrival with information of extra services: Airport transfer, car rental, daily cleaning, baby equipment, private chef, grocery stocking and also a guide with recommendations that we have gathered through out the years in Marbella.
