    Op loopafstand van 5 strandrestaurants en op slechts 15 minuten lopen van de leuke kleine jachthaven van Cabopino, naar het 5-sterren Deluxe Resort Don Carlos en de beroemde Nikki Beach Club.
    De duinen van Cabopino met de houten promenade (ideaal om te wandelen, joggen) liggen op slechts 5 minuten lopen van het strand. De volgende supermarkt ligt op slechts 4 minuten lopen.

The property was great and very spacious for the six of us. The upstairs terrace was a real treat and great for watching the sunset and stargazing We had a few hiccups but they were dealt with by the owner and manager so didn’t impact the stay. There is not a bbq at the villa so if that is important to you be aware. The ability to walk within a few minutes to the beach plus bars and a great restaurant was fabulous. The pool accessed by the tavern is also great for something different. Love the are and the accommodation was great.

Tolle Location, um als Familie zu relaxen

Wir waren als Familie (3 Kinder, 12, 10, 8) 9 Tage in dieser sehr schönen Location. Die sehr ruhige Lage mit Bäcker, Supermarkt, Strand und Beach Clubs fussläufig war perfekt, um es sich richtig gut gehen zu lassen..Unser Lieblingsort im Haus war neben dem Pool die Dachterasse mit tollem Blick aufs Meer und die Sterne. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war perfekt.

Beautiful house and great location

We are a family of 4 and we had a lovely time in Marbesa. The house is as beautiful as the pictures and the location is great. Beautiful neighbourhood, very close to the sea and a short walk to the beach and supermarket. Sue was great and very responsive, our flight was delayed but she waited for us until past midnight to check us in. Thank you!

Perfect vacation! Fabulous villa! Great location!

My wife and I stayed here in Marbesa for 9 days in September. We absolutely loved this house, the local beaches and the beach restaurants (5 within walking distance). The house itself (located 1 block from the beach) is well laid out with Kitchen/Dining/Living room on the main floor that was very bright and comfortable and had patios on two sides, one with table chairs and grill, the other with pool, lounge chairs and an additional table where we enjoyed our coffee every morning. The layout allows you to flow seamlessly from indoor to outdoor thru sliding glass doors. The property is also exceptionally landscaped with beautiful trees and flowers. The master bedroom upstairs has sliding doors out to a large sundeck with comfortable loungers, table/chairs and pretty ocean views, great for an evening cocktail. The property is very private and secure, with high walls around it and electronic door openers for the driveway that has room for several cars. We spent most of our days at the beach, followed by late lunches and then relaxed by the pool into the evenings. We even spent a day at the nearby Nikki Beach Club partying (which was only a 10 minute walk). We could walk to several supermarkets which allowed us to stock up on food and drink several times during our stay. Communicating with the owner was always easy and the local caretaker Sue was always available to help us with anything we needed. We will definitely return and highly recommend this Villa!.

Excellent property in a great location

We spent a month during July/August 2022 at the property, with friends and family joining us throughout. Description and photos are accurate and the property is well located and in easy walking distance of some great restaurants and the beach for morning walks etc. Thoroughly enjoyed and will be going back as well as using VRBO again in the future!

Sunny beach villa

Communication with Florentine the owner was excellent from the first email. We booked very last minute and from the first enquiry with Florentine to meeting Sue the property manager when she handed over the keys at the villa was perfect. We arrived 2 hours before checking and because the villa was available Sue met us early to check us in.. she was extremely helpful and friendly. The villa was absolutely beautiful. It was so stylish, clean and well cared for with everything you could possibly need… a real home from home. The location was fantastic.. about a 1 minute walk from a lovely beach, 2 supermarkets within walking distance and a few lovely restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk. We decided not to hire a car and we are so glad we didn’t. We got an Uber to Marbella one day and my husband who is a v keen cyclist hired a bike for a couple of days from Bikestardo who delivered to the door and picked it up again. To be honest we were looking for a very chilled and relaxed week and the villa and location was so good we didn’t want or need to venture further. Lastly, our flight home was a late night flight and Florentine allowed us to check out late.. what a difference this made to our last day… We would highly recommend staying and really look forward to visiting again in the future.. thank you for everything Florentine!

I can’t recommend the villa highly enough! Florentine made booking and communication simple and quick, any questions were answered within minutes and Alfredo on site was always available if we needed help or information on how something worked 😊. Location is unbeatable, virtually on the beach, walking distance to some great restaurants, a €5 Uber to Cabopino or a 15 minute drive to Marbella Orange Square! Who could ask for more 🥳

Short Break to Elviria - Honest Words of Warning!

Just returned from a last-minute short break with my father and brother to Elviria. We have been coming to the Costa Del Sol for 20 years and had visited Simbad's beach bar in the area, but had never stayed there. The villa itself was lovely, really nicely appointed and in a great spot close to the beach and all amenities. Sue who met us with the keys on arrival was also great and really helpful with tips about where to eat nearby. Unfortunately we encountered a problem on the first night. There was heavy rain in the area overnight and one of our party was awoken at 4a.m. as they were getting wet - the ceiling in a bedroom downstairs (underneath the upstairs terrace) was leaking quite heavily in places and there were cracks in the plaster appearing. Obviously this caused a great deal of panic and concern in the middle of the night - not a great start to the holiday! To her credit, the owner managed to get someone out to look at the issue by the afternoon of the next day and it seems (due to lack of maintenance) that there was a blockage in the drain from the terrace and the rain water had effectively flooded the space between the ceiling of the bedroom and the decking boards of the terrace. This water had nowhere to go subsequently and hence the reason why the ceiling started leaking. The mattress was so wet (despite our efforts to dry using towels and to catch the drips using pans) by the time the dripping stopped that it and the 3rd bedroom were unusable for the rest of the 4 day stay. This was such a shame as we had been impressed by the quality of the villa on arrival. What has also been a shame has been the owner's response to our polite request on return for some recompense because of the disruption caused and the fact that the bedroom was out of use for the duration of the stay. This has ranged from excuses, to ignoring emails and a personal insult once we felt we needed to report the matter to HomeAway (because the communication had stopped), which has obviously been taken exception to. I would still recommend the villa to others based purely on location but i would urge caution considering the problems we encountered whilst there and also since returning home.

Ubicación excelente a escasos 50 metros andando de la playa. La casa se puede disfrutar plenamente gracias a las terrazas y la piscina. Por poner algún pero, diría que las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas y que no hay microondas ni batidora. También tuvimos un problema con uno de los aparatos del aire acondicionado pero que se solucionó rápidamente por la empresa de mantenimiento.

We stayed as a family o f five adults and had a fabulous time. The Villa is clean, comfortable, chic and has everything you need. The outside area , sun beds, dining table and pool are all superb. The location is ideal. A minute walk to the beach, five minutes walk to a supermarket and surrounded by lovely authentic Spanish restaurants. A car is not essential unless you want to explore further afield and with easy access to the A7 that is easily done. We had a fabulous holiday and I would highly recommend this lovely Villa. Hopefully we will be back!

Stunning vacation House in Marbella area

We stayed one week at this stunning vacation House in Marbella. Very clean and very nicely decorated together with an absolutely perfect outdoor area with a small pool and Great outdoor area/garden. Less than 1 minute walk to the Beach/sea where you have all possibilities for enjoying a Great swim, a Great lunch or Great dinner - you can after dinner walk bar-footed home no matter if you had one or two drinks too much at dinner. Area is clean and enjoyable with a small walking distance to a supermarkets where you can get almost everything - Great welcome at our arrival and despite Owner based in Germany she is very friendly and answer fast any questions you may have - well worth a visit and certainly a place we would like to revisit. - Fam.
