1106 sqm villa, 361 sqm built, 5-bedroom villa located in a privileged location in the eastern part of Marbella close to the beach, restaurants, and beach clubs.

The villa is newly furnished in December 2024, surrounded by some of the world-class golf courses in the Costa del Sol and a 5-min drive to the beach.

The exterior has a private heated swimming-pool with sun loungers, state-of-the-art BBQ, and an alfresco dining.

The interior includesa very spacious living-room, a kitchen with full appliances, a dedicated workspace, and five bright and spacious bedrooms with three and a half bathrooms.

HOUSE RULES





No smoking (smoking indoors incurs a penalty of 250 euros)

No parties allowed

Check-in is anytime from 4 PM to 9 PM. From 9 PM onwards (on request)

Check-out is by 11 AM.

Late Check out fee from 11 AM until 1 PM: 100€ extra.

Late Check out fee after 1 PM: As an offsetting measure, the day’s base rate will be charged without discounts.

PREDETERMINED DAMAGE COSTS AND EXTRA FEES

Not approved Late Check-out after 11am: € 250

Lost keys or damage to entry lock: € 250.00 (needs to completely change the lock) , if it is not need to change it, 125€.

Damage to keys set: € 50

Smoke fee in the property: 300 €

The guest must comply with the community rules, including not exceeding the allowed noise levels, refraining from hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during their stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of €500 will be deducted from the security deposit.









CANCELLATION POLICY

Fully refundable 07 days

● Cancel up to 07 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment. There is no refund offered for bookings canceled within 07 days of arrival day.



Fully refundable 30 days

· Cancel up to 30 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund for any bookings longer than 28 nights. There is no refund offered for bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival day.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICIES

We request 50% of the total amount in order to confirm the booking.

Pending amount, 50% + refundable deposit 7 days prior to arrival.

This deposit is fully refundable within 10 days after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

Check-in is anytime from 16:00 PM to 21:00 PM.

We charge 10€ extra for baby crib and high chair per day.

We charge 35€ for an extra bed per day.

Final cleaning is included in the quotation.

Guests can cancel free of charge until 07 days before arrival.

There will be no refund offered if reservation is cancelled within 07 days before intended arrival.

Those bookings longer than 28 nights Cancel up to 30 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment. There is no refund offered for bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival day.
