The Space:
This villa is a luxury Marbella villa designed for comfort, featuring warm yet modern Scandinavian-influenced interiors and hotel-style bedrooms with renovated bathrooms. The open-plan living room creates a perfect central space for large families. Multiple terraces and an outdoor living area beside the pool provide ample space to enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle. Recent upgrades include a new kitchen, renewed outdoor flooring, a private cinema, an updated outdoor kitchen, and a refreshed pool, though some images are not yet updated.

The Neighborhood:
Nueva Andalucia is a well thought out and attractive area, just west of Marbella. Originally all villas and apartments were based on traditional Andalusian architecture and design. Nowadays, we like to call Nueva Andalucia the Beverly Hills of Spain, due to the modern architecture. It is a high class and quiet area with breathtaking views surrounded by many golf courses, very safe and friendly environment.
The key attractions are the large residential estates and reasonable access to the highway and Marbella. Being a large residential area it has plenty of small commercial centres and restaurants for those who don't want to venture out on a rainy or sunny day.
Near the beach are several small beach bars and luxurious beachclubs. Shopping-mall La Canada are reachable by car within 10 minutes and the villa is just a short taxi ride home from the Puerto Banús nightlife.
Getting Around:
The Marbella area is located near the coastline and mountains. A rental car is the main transportation in this area.
Other Things to Note:
Important: the booking platform will provide you with a general location of the area where our villa is located. We provide detailed check-in instructions to navigate to the exact location of your accommodation. Follow our instructions accordingly.
1. The use of our pool heating is an additional service and can be requested up to 48 hours before your arrival. The costs are €250,00 per week.
2. When booking with us you agree to follow our check-in and check-out times.
3. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application. All information will be visible in the application. As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly.
4. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit.
5. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17:00h and ends at 20:00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable.
6.You can use our extra services during your stay. We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service as an additional service on request.
7. For this accommodation the guest needs to pay a security deposit of €1500,00.
8. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside. The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account.

Important: area's of this listing are continuously being maintenance. The villa has gardeners, maintenance personnel and workers who can visit at all times. They do not have access to the accommodation yet they can enter the garden, parking, pathways and pool area.
TEMPORARY: A general nighttime reduction in water pressure is to be implemented across the western Costa del Sol from 21 February to comply with a reduced limit of 160 litres per inhabitant per day as set by the regional drought committee. The cuts, which will be in place from midnight until 6am - with the exception of Saturdays. The regulation issued by the Junta de Andalucía also enables the imposition of penalties on those users who consume excessively, irresponsibly and unscrupulously, given the shortage situation.
