60th birthday get away
Our group of 10 traveled from MN for a 60th birthday getaway starting in Page and ending in Lake Havasu. This home was ideal for the first leg of our trip - plenty of space for all of us, great location convenient to what we had planned and in very nice condition. Host was excellent about communicating with us before and during our stay.

Lake Powell Trip
We had an amazing stay. Had everything we needed and was close to boat ramps and Page Arizona. Communication was excellent and will stay here again in the future. The home is very roomy. Held our group of 9 adults with room to spare.

Awesome Home With Plenty of Room

Great Location
A great location just five minutes from Lake Powell and 15 minutes from downtown Page. Catherine was wonderful, very responsive and helpful. The house itself was nice and was exactly what we needed for a weekend trip with family.

Powell Graduation Trip
We had family and friends out to celebrate my daughter’s high school graduation, and we had a wonderful time. The house was a perfect size for a large gathering, and it was well equipped with everything we needed. Beautiful views, and a nice restful place to return to at the end of a fun day on the water.

Quiet Neighborhood, Great View
Great, ever changing view of colorful cliffs as sun moves across the sky (unfortunately, currently no lake/water view due to the drought). Living area is big, bright and airy, with well kitted-out kitchen, - a very pleasant place to spent the day if you choose not to go out, or to just relax in the evening. Also, the downstairs sitting area, which also has a TV, looks like a good place for the kids to get away from the adults. The major attractions of the area are a short drive (antelope canyon, horseshoe bend, Glen Canyon dam, Lake Powel tours and toy rentals, and local hikes), Bedroom furnishings don't match the standard of the living area but since this seems to be reflected in the relatively low per night price of such a large well located home, we didn't ding it any stars. We thoroughly enjoyed our Spring Break stay and considered the home good value..

Comfortable Home Great Location And Views
The house is great, beds are comfortable, views out of the front windows are amazing, good communication from property manager. We were happy with our choice for a vacation home. There were a lot of little disrepair items that could bother a more discerning renter but it didn't negatively impact our stay in any way. We would stay there again.

The basement needed repairs!
First off I realize that this property needed updating before I had booked it. I read past reviews and figured as much and for the price I knew it wasn’t going to be perfect but… I was expecting everything to at least be functional and working. There were lights that didn’t work, outlets that didn’t work, both TV’s downstairs didn’t work, doors wouldn’t close all the way or even lock. The downstairs bathroom looked like it was in the middle of construction and then just covered up with a curtain. The mattresses need serious updating, we didn’t get a goodnight sleep because of that. The upstairs was pretty decent but the basement was another story. I did love the location, the views, and how many it could accommodate hence why we booked it.

LAKE POWELL TRIP
The house location and accomadations were great, our only complaint was with the little things like many light bulbs burned out that we couldn't reach to replace, not enough toilet paper to get us through our stay and one of the beds had sheets with bad stains on them.. Plus we had to call our host to get the password for the wifi and there weren't tv's in any of the bedrooms, just the main living room. The house was nice and we were there for the lake but with a few little extra things it would have been perfect.

Hey Brent: I never advertised a TV in every room. When folks come to Lake Powell, I just think that one or two TVS work...my home is more for family fun. It's also the end of season, and other renters have worked over my home. I did JUST change Internet service so I'm sorry for not providing that info. We'll be changing sheets as well. Sure hope you enjoyed the views.

Wintertime getaway
This is a very nice home, and better than photos display in the main living areas. Beautiful master suite. 3 of 5 bedrooms are in the basement with a common bath - no problem for the family using that floor for us. Kitchen has all necessary amenities. Views are truly magnificent. Wifi access and fireplace instructions would've been helpful on check-in, but homeowner was easily reachable. Please note that cell reception is poor for AT&T customers, but Verizon worked fine. Our family of 8 enjoyed our short stay here.

This property is nice, quiet neighborhood. The house has beautiful view from the front port. The bed rooms are neat. Spacious living room. However, the direction from Google map to this area very confused. This house location is on Greenehaven, not Page as address showed.

Perfect stay between Grand Canyon and Zion NP
Our group of 9 could easily spread out in this lovely home. Spacious, clean, and the views were amazing. The night sky - stunning. I was able to do laundry and cook home-cooked meals mid-way through our 10 day adventure as we visited several National Parks in the region. Easy drive to Antelope Canyon, Boat Tours on Lake Powell, grocery stores and restaurants. The home was lovely. The front porch relaxing. Our host was quick to respond to any questions we had. Best view in the neighborhood. I hope we can stay again.

Overall a nice house with a great view. The listing is a bit misleading as it's location is in Utah, 9 miles from Page, AZ. We did have issues with kitchen plumbing (sink wouldn't drain properly) and the outdoor gas grill was unusable.

Lake Powell Overview
A beautiful sunrise view over Lake Powell greats you every morning. The house is large and comfortable, but don’t expect perfection. This is not the Marriott. It is lived in and things are not new. It is clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.

Family trip to Page
We had 4 families traveling together in Southern Utah and were staying the night in Page, AZ. The place was great and with wonderful views. It was clean, spacious with plenty of room for our big group. I wish we had spent more time in Page at the house. Would definitely recommend this place if you are staying in the Page area.

Great house for the money!
As others have said, the house/furnishings are older but we completely enjoyed the stay. It has lots of room, a great view of the lake, and a large driveway for the boat. It is far enough from town to be wonderfully quiet but know that you can't get pizza delivered. There is a DVD (but not blu-ray) player. As long as the price stays low we will be back next year. Have fun all!

Good location but dirty
The site is close to the marina and the house is quite spacious. But although it’s supposed to be able to welcome 10 persons, there not enough space on the dinner table for 10, neither enough dishes. The kitchen was very dirty and greasy and the dish washer was not working properly. The cupboards in the bedrooms were very messy and we were not supposed to use the “decorative” towels! One positive thing: every time we asked for something, the host did everything she could to help ( gas bottle for bbq, laundry basket, additional plates...)

It looks like the cleaning crew has been through and done a far more thorough job than noted by a recent previous guest. The home is clean and the kitchen adequate. The electric kettle and coffee maker need a good descaling but were not dirty. Make sure to check the placemats and napkins on the table, those were our only major complaint. The bed in the master bedroom is an interesting construction, but reasonably comfortable. As others have noted, it can be hard to keep the lower level rooms comfortable for those who run cold, but was great for sleeping. Would be willing to stay here again.

Reasonably priced house in a good location
My extended family and I (10 total) wanted to stop a couple of days in Lake Powell before heading to Zion, but were shocked at the cost of hotels. This was a great place to spend two days--comfortable, and in a good location. The view from the front window was amazing! And the host was very helpful and accommodating. The house was not the most luxurious one we have stayed in, but then the price reflects that. If you are looking for a comfortable place that doesn't break the bank, this is a great choice.

Pros: -Home had a good layout. -Pretty view of water. -Enjoyed how it was separate from the main town of Page. -Parking great for two boats and large trucks. Cons: -Everything covered in a thick layer of dust, even the tops of ceiling fans and the blinds were almost black with dust. -The towels and sheets did not seem clean, almost as if they weren’t washed with any soap but just water. -No service or WiFi, she states there’s WiFi but it has no connection at all. Our daughter in college was having to drive 15 minutes to Page just to turn in online assignments. -VERY outdated, half of the TV remote controls did not even work. -Fridge was not working the first night we stayed Overall, we were disappointed with our stay after reading the reviews, because they were all so positive. Even the younger children complained about how dirty the home was, everything smelt musty.
