Rustic Victorian-Style Cottage Rental with Clawfoot Bathtub on Hamilton Creek, Texas

This charming cottage can sleep four and is lovingly decorated in the Victorian style with hard wood floors and 12 foot ceilings. The back room is an open bedroom/bathroom suite featuring a 6’ claw foot bathtub with complimentary bubble bath, a queen sized bed and privacy curtains around the tub and commode nook. Guests will also find books and games for their entertainment.



The front room is an open kitchen/living area. The living space contains an iron twin daybed, with lots of comfy pillows, a twin trundle and an antique rocking chair. The kitchen has a mini fridge, two burner hot plate, electric griddle, toaster oven, coffee maker and microwave. It also features a glass top dining table that seats 4.



Outside, the front porch has a vintage style glider for relaxing. There is also a lovely garden next to the cabin with a stone bench and bird feeders.



All rentals are equipped with outdoor seating, a table, fire pit and charcoal grill. Guests will also be provided with dishes, pots/pans, utensils, all linens, hand soap, dish soap and toilet paper. There is a tree house on property with a smaller rock climbing wall and play area for the kids. Guests are free to use the provided canoes, explore the 6 acre property and swim and fish in the creek. Locally there are many lakes, state parks, wineries, eateries, shops and more to explore.



Pets are welcome, but the pet fee must be paid. We do ask that pets be kenneled while indoors to ensure they aren’t on the furniture. They are free anywhere outside on a leash. If pets are not kenneled and have been on furniture, a $100 cleaning fee can be assessed.
