Cottage op maat gebouwd door eigenaar plus 4 persoons golfkar inbegrepen

Dit charmante 3 slaapkamer cottage retraite voor 10 personen. We hebben dit huisje gebouwd als ons eigen huis in 2002 met alle moderne voorzieningen en toch trouw aan die oude charme aan het meer. Ruime familiekamer en open keuken zijn ideaal voor familie-entertainment. Formele eetkamer voor grote familiebijeenkomsten. Enorme afgeschermde veranda perfect voor loungen of genieten van een buitenmaaltijd. Master heeft queensize bed met eigen badkamer en inloopkast. De 2e en 3e slaapkamer hebben beide een- / tweepersoons stapelbedden. Er is een trekdag bocht met onderschuifbed in de woonkamer. Het huisje heeft centrale lucht + wasmachine / droger voor uw gemak. 10 personen. Twee auto's op straat parkeren. plus je kunt ook 3 of 4 auto's parkeren op de weg voor het huisje.

Wij zijn gelegen om de hoek van het tenniscomplex op de 6e en het nieuwe zwembadcomplex ligt direct naast het tenniscentrum. Plus de zeer populaire augurkbal die zich ook op het tenniscomplex bevindt.

Elke huur wordt geleverd met een 4-persoons golfkar. Geen extra kosten, het is inbegrepen in de huurprijs, vergelijk dit met het huren van een golfkar in de stad, wat je een extra $ 300 + zou hebben gekost. Ook beschikbaar voor uw gebruik zijn verschillende fietsen. Dit zijn volwassen maten en oudere fietsen voor Lakeside, niets bijzonders.

Lakeside is een verborgen juweeltje in het noordoosten van Ohio. Het is een gated Chautauqua-gemeenschap die geest, lichaam en geest omvat met een breed scala aan dagelijkse programmering en nachtelijk entertainment in het Hoover Auditorium met 3000 zitplaatsen.

We hebben geen kabel dus geen tv, die we leuk vinden als onderdeel van onze Lakeside-ervaring. We hebben wifi zodat u op die manier verbinding kunt maken met uw apparaten en entertainment

Very nice house in a great location!

We really liked this house and would definitely stay there again. One confusing issue is that the available beds were not described accurately, resulting in our bringing bed sheets that didn't fit. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms actually each have a double bed and a single, which is not what the listing shows.

Perfect getaway!

My family and I wanted a fall weekend at Lakeside and this cottage was absolutely perfect! The perfect place to relax and we were very happy with our stay. We would love to come back and stay here again. Loved spending time on the front porch and screened porch and everyone had their place to hang out. Perfect Anniversary Getaway

My husband and I stayed here for an anniversary getaway and it was great! I grew up going to Lakeside every summer but hadn’t been there in many years and it was my husband’s first time. It was off season so very quiet which was perfect for us. The house is a short walk to the lake and town square. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. I love how much natural light comes in the many windows. The living room was very comfy for us, our two dogs and my parents who came by for lunch one day. We enjoyed eating in the screened in porch very much. The golf cart was a very nice added bonus too. We would definitely like to return to this property. Larry was also extremely responsive and helpful.

My favorite!

We have been taking the kids to Cedarpoint since they were little and never found a spot we loved enough to stay again. However, this is the place! Love the Lakeside community and all the surroundings. The house was well equipped and large enough for all of us to have our space.

We loved staying at this cottage in Lakeside. It was the perfect place to stay to enjoy a weekend at the lake. The kitchen is fully stocked, there is plenty of space, and we really enjoyed sitting in the sunroom. Larry was very responsive, and we were even able to check in a few hours early. Charming home nestled in the flowers and tall trees. Comfortable beds and nicely appointed kitchen. Loved having breakfast on the screened in porch every morning and enjoyed having use of the golf cart. Home owner was easy to get ahold of and prompt to return any correspondence.

Wonderful charming lakeside home

We enjoyed our stay and the golf cart was a plus! Few blocks to the tennis/pickle ball courts and pool and Poolside that has some snacky items and treats. Like others have said the kitchen was well stocked and we used the fire pit one night which was nice. Some books and games available to use as well. The side screened in porch was amazing to eat at and play games! We had a wonderful week!

Check in process was simple. Owner was quick to communicate. The neighborhood was quiet and house was close to the pool. Kids had an enjoyable time riding bikes down the road and swimming.

Cozy cottage stay

The property was well cleaned and very comfortable. We had a great time on our girls trip. It was close to the ferry so we were able to spend some time on the island as well. Neighbors were nice, but they were doing some work on their cottage and had the workers using equipment starting early in the AM. Which wasn't a big deal just woke us up earlier than we wanted. We also were not aware that the gates close at a certain time, we got back just in time though. Other than those two things we had an amazing time. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Very comfortable, clean cottage, with snags

We were happy to find a very comfortable cottage for 5, but snags to be addressed for the next occupants include the following: no working light in the south facing bedroom, loud whine in the dryer(did not use washing machine), no instructions for TV remote, no switch or remote found to turn off living room fan, broken railings on both sides of front steps, and only one person in our group had the patience to wait for water to heat for the shower; the listing should make clear that there are 2 1/2 baths, not 3.
