Elia is a three-room apartment in Procchio, a small village between Marina di Campo and Portoferraio. Procchio is one of the largest and best-equipped sandy beaches on the Island of Elba, a perfect beach for children who can play on the shore and swim in complete tranquility. The town center, with all its services, can be reached on foot.

Elia is a three-room apartment that was completely renovated in 2023, it is located on the first floor in a building of 4 apartments, just 400 meters from the beach of Procchio. To reach the apartment you have to take an uphill road.

The apartment consists of a living room with sofa, kitchenette with dishwasher, double bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed and bathroom with shower. From the living room and the bedroom you can access a terrace equipped with table and chairs from which you can enjoy a splendid sea view of the Gulf of Procchio. Guests also have access to a small equipped garden on the ground floor with sea view.
