The residential village is located on the western side of Isola d’Elba, in a dominant panoramic position overlooking the sea and offering breathtaking views of the Gulf and the open sea.

From here, you can admire the silhouettes of the islands of Gorgona, Capraia, as well as Corsica, in one of the most scenic areas of the Tuscan Archipelago.

The apartment features a private entrance, kitchen and living room with TV, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, and a bathroom with shower curtain. Guests also have access to a practical storage room with freezer and washing machine.

The outdoor areas include a furnished terrace with panoramic sea view, an outdoor shower, and a covered area with a large granite table, perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners.

A perfect solution for those who wish to experience Elba Island in total relaxation, surrounded by peace and breathtaking scenery.

Important Notes:

– Check-in: from 16:00 to 19:00. Arrivals after 19:30 are accepted with an extra charge of €40.00.
– Check-out: by 09:00.
– Linen: bed and bathroom linen is not included. It can be rented upon request at €40 for a double bed and €20 for a single bed, requested at least 7 days before arrival. Collection is only available at our office in Portoferraio.
– Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
- Pets of all sizes are welcome, with a €1 cleaning fee.
