We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours of the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and dishes at check-out, carry out separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and tax code, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residential address to complete the customer record. The data is mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation by us, with a penalty for the guest.

It is divided into three large apartments, each of which enjoys a unique view of the Gulf. It is located in Sprizze, a locality between Marciana Marina and La Paolina, in one of the most suggestive gulfs of the area, where clean sea, fresh and clear water meet the green of the Mediterranean maquis.

Apartment A (8/10 beds + 2 camp beds for children)
The apartment is on two levels. Ground floor made up of kitchen and large living-dining area, double bedroom with entrance also from the garden, bathroom with shower, large porch with sea view. Upstairs sleeping area consisting of two triple bedrooms and one double bedroom, bathroom, bathroom with shower and large terrace with sea view. In the house there are two cots if necessary for children up to 10/12 years.

Important Notes:
- swimming pool opening is guaranteed from around mid-May to the end of September
- groups of guys under 25 years of age are not allowed (families are welcome)
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- pets of any size allowed (maximum 2 per apartment, one per apartment if there are groups) with a cleaning supplement of €30.00
- deposit (mandatory): 300.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person to be paid in advance (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
