Nieuw zwembad en spa! Zuidelijke belichting, nieuwe meubels en kustdecor

Geniet van ons vakantiehuis voordat we dat doen! Nieuw ontworpen zwembad en spa. Nieuw tapijt, meubels, beddengoed, fietsen, servies, enz. We hebben pluche Turkse badhanddoeken, verschillende soorten kussens, van hypoallergeen tot dons, 100% katoenen of bamboebedden en dekbedden voor zomers gewicht op alle bedden om uw verblijf gezellig en comfortabel te maken. Veel borden en bestek in de keuken ook.

We hebben uitzicht op het water vanaf de voorkant en achterkant van het huis! Meerdere openslaande deuren openen naar schaduwrijke zitplaatsen in de Lanai, die de voorkeur ZUIDELIJKE blootstelling voor het zwembad en spa heeft. Zie dolfijnen, roggen (en misschien zelfs een zeekoe!) zwem in het kanaal of bekijk 's nachts vissen vanaf het dok met behulp van ons onderwatervislicht!

Met onze snelle toegang tot open water kunt u een boot huren van meer dan vier verschillende bronnen allemaal binnen een mijl van ons huis en de reis maken naar Keewaydin Island voor enkele van de beste beschietingen ter wereld! Of maak een dagtocht met de boot naar het noorden naar Tin City in Napels of het zuiden naar Goodland voor een ontspannen diner aan de haven. Bekijk de Key West Express en meerdere charters die op loopafstand vertrekken, of rijd met onze fietsen naar de iconische Snook Inn (1. 3 mi). Voor meer beweging, fiets naar het onlangs gerenoveerde Mackle Park (2. 5 mi) met een geweldige speeltuin, splash pad, basketbalvelden en meer.
Pak de strandstoelen en parasol en ga naar Tigertail Beach om te genieten van de natuurlijke hulpbronnen, evenals de speeltuin, concessies en verhuur van waterapparatuur. Ons huis is een geweldige locatie om te genieten van een rustige dag bij het zwembad of uitstappen en het eiland te zien!

This home had everything we could’ve hoped for—and then some! We swam in the pool multiple times a day and slept so comfortably in the cozy beds. Anytime we had a question, the owner responded quickly and helpfully. We’re already talking about coming back next summer, maybe for an even longer stay!

Quick escape to sun and relaxarion

We enjoyed our stay. Pool and hot tub were great. Plenty of sun on pool patio area, and all the sun you could want on the dock. Bikes were great! Nice area and neighbors. Dock construction on the other side of canal was briefly noisy but did not impact us. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our family of four (kids 8-11) and grandparents. The home was clean and as advertised. We enjoyed hanging out on the lanai. The pool was clean and warm a and the jacuzzi was easy to operate. Our eight year old son and I loved fishing off the pier. It was tough fishing but we did manage to catch a sea trout which was a nice treat.It was nice having fishing equipment provided and we were able to get live bait at a local bait shop. There were a few minor inconveniences. 1. The garage door remote did not work properly. 2. The tv remotes in the family room were not working properly and were a little difficult to figure out. 3. The fridge leaked water a few times throughout our stay. However none of these things were major issues. 4. The last night of our stay the next door neighbors hosted a very loud outdoor party (Karaoke) that went until 9pm. It was unusually loud. However this was obviously not the owners fault and they were very responsive and helpful when we reached out to them about the situation.Overall we loved our stay and would highly recommend rentjng this VRBO.

Amazing.

The property was amazing from when we arrived. It was clean and ready to go. No details were overlooked. Every minor detail seemed to be covered. Bikes for adults and children as well as a bike trailer for younger children. The pool and hot tub were the perfect size and temperature. The home was very cozy and warm. Bedrooms were decorated nicely. The kids room was perfect with stuffed animals and books. The kitchen was updated and very nice. Everything you would need for day to day life was provided at the house, cookware, spices, linens, towels, activities etc…. We will likely return to Marco Island and will look to this property first!

Beautiful home on the water!

We had a wonderful stay on our vacation! The house was clean and had everything we needed for our family. We enjoyed using the pool and hot tub and sitting on the deck by the water and fishing. In the garage they had everything we needed for a beach day. Carol was very communicative and was able to answer any questions that we had and was very quick to respond. We can’t wait to come back!

Another fabulous trip to Marco, and this property was perfect. Great location, near Tigertail, Snook, Marco Fitness & some of our other favorites. Perfect deck for sunning. Decor was coastal & beachy, adding to our vacation experience. Set up was perfect for traveling with our 2 teens, giving them their own side of the house & bathroom. Loved this place & hope to stay again.

I had not been to Marco Island in over 20 years so was curious to go back. Visited the week before Christmas. Rental is as advertised and hosts were great about the few questions I had. Pool and Spa have great Southern exposure and house is more than fully equipped with anything you need. Kitchen has everything and there are even lots of pool floats for kids. Full beach gear including multiple chairs, umbrella and collapsible wagon. Overall GREAT.

Amazing family vacation!!

Just returned from our wonderful stay at this property. We were left speechless at the cleanliness, tranquility, and amazing communication with the owner, Carol, that our trip entailed. The home is spotless and so inviting. Beds were incredibly comfortable for us and our three children. The pool and spa were wonderful and kids loved all of the pool floats. Location is fantastic and the views of the dock from the pool area were mesmerizing. Definitely plan to return!!! Thank you for an incredible family vacation. :)

I love when o get the opportunity to write a nice review. This property was very clean. The layout was really nice with our age children and the pool was great! Location was really nice as I did my morning walks over the bridge each day, and took the bikes to the shops or grocery store! The host was very responsive and very very nice. A Perfect Place to Vacation

This is the 4th home our family has rented on Marco Island & this is by far our favorite! Everything about the stay was hassle free. Check in was simple - there is even a garage to park your vehicle. Upon entering the garage you will see bikes, a beach wagon, beach toys, fishing poles, beach chairs, a net for collecting seashells & even a little scooper to help dig for them! The home is incredibly clean & updated. Plenty of room in the living room to relax, play a game or watch tv. The kitchen was equipped with everything we could need. Bibs for kids, cups with straws and lids for little ones, and even a booster seat. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable. The owners provided fans in each room and additionally there are also ceiling fans. Our kids loved the bunk beds! There is also a pack n play for babies. We spent the majority of our time out at the pool, enjoying the sunshine, watching for iguanas down by the dock and swimming. The pool was clean and warm! The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing, having a meal, and enjoying a drink! It’s all screened in so no worries about bugs. The owners provided plenty of pool floaties and there is a pump in the garage to inflate them. The owner was easy to get ahold of when we had a question - she was quick to respond. We were so sad to leave this home, but we are also so excited to have found it. We plan to go back next fall.

Wonderful House!

My family and I loved this house! Wonderful layout for us. The pool and hot tub were perfect! Very clean! My daughter even remarked as we dug toddler toys out from under the coffee table,"There are vacuum marks under here!" Communication with the Hosts was great. My husband and I are looking forward to returning in February!

Perfect location with thoughtful touches!

The property was perfect. The home was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was convenient to both restaurants and shopping and not too far from the beach access. The pool and outdoor areas were amazing. There were plenty of supplies for the beach including an umbrella and wagon to haul our gear. We would definitely stay again!

Wow!

Carol and Rob have a beautiful home in a quiet, serene neighborhood. Everything about our stay was amazing. Super clean, comfy beds, beautiful decor--beachy/coastal in the most classy and elegant manner. Dish soap, laundry soap provided which was nice. Having use of the garage was extremely useful. The pool/spa area was the best part. Plenty of shaded area and sunny deck space, pool floats/noodles and beach equipment made it so easy to travel without any of those extra items. I would love to visit again!
