Je zult verliefd worden op deze ongelooflijke woning met 4 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers in een zeer mooie buurt op Marco Island! Slechts 3 blokken van Tigertail Beach ingang en minuten naar restaurants en winkels. De ruimte is zeer modern en luchtig, met hoge plafonds en luxe meubilair. Verwarmd zwembad, eigen aanlegsteiger, gas-BBQ-grill, vuurplaats en alle voorzieningen die u nodig hebt om een VIP-eilandervaring te beleven!

De ruimte:
De slaapkamer heeft een comfortabel kingsize bed. Gasten hebben toegang tot het zwembad vanuit deze slaapkamer en hebben een spa-geïnspireerde badkamer helemaal voor zichzelf. De junior suite heeft een queensize bed en een grote douche. De andere 2 slaapkamers (een met een kingsize bed en de andere met twee volledige bedden) delen een badkamer. Ook kan de bank in de woonkamer worden gebruikt om te slapen. Deze woonkamer heeft een enorme flatscreen-tv. De keuken is onlangs opgewaardeerd met alles wat gasten nodig hebben om hun hongerige families te voeden!
De privépatio is compleet met een snackbar in de buitenlucht, een comfortabele loungeruimte, voldoende ligstoelen, een eetruimte buiten en privétoegang tot de badkamer bij het zwembad. De bubbelende spa loopt over in het enorme verwarmde privézwembad (de temperatuur is 85F, het kan niet worden gewijzigd), en het hele gebied kijkt uit over de eigen aanlegsteigers en het kanaal. Er is ook een BBQ op het pooldeck.
Dit prachtige vakantiehuis is de definitie van luxe wonen aan het water. Gelegen op loopafstand van het strand en boordevol voorzieningen voor ultiem comfort en gemak (fietsen, drijvend speelgoed, strandparasol en stoelen, strandtent, strandwagonwagen, paddleboard, vislijnen) is dit prachtige huis de perfecte aanvulling op een VIP-stijl eiland vakantie.

- Gasten hebben toegang tot het hele huis en het zwembad. Het huis heeft kabel-tv, Netflix en wifi.

- Mijn doel is om alle gasten bij aankomst te ontmoeten om hen de toegangscode te geven en ze door het huis te leiden en eventuele vragen te beantwoorden. Soms is dat onmogelijk, dus ik regel alles via de telefoon, sms of e-mail. Privacy van mijn gasten wordt ook gewaardeerd, dus minimale interactie is mogelijk.

Property is beautiful. Screen enclosure on pool is torn down on a panel way up at the top. Listing showed 2 bedrooms had king beds but in fact, there is only one. Very clean.

Beautiful home in an amazing neighborhood. The home was just as advertised. Clean, well maintained and stocked with equipment. Our host was attentive and the check in check out process was easy. Only very minor issues were that we didn’t know the pool guy was coming so that was a bit startling at first, and the spa jets don’t turn on, but again those were very minimal. I would absolutely stay at this property again. Thank you for making our birthday trip an incredible experience.

Perfect house for large group

House is as pictured. Perfectly located a few walking blocks from Tigertail beach. We comfortably fit 8 women for a 3 night stay. Everything on the island is a few minutes by car. The kitchen was well stocked, just need measuring cups that say what the measurements are. There wasn’t hand soap in all the bathrooms and the hot tub doesn’t get hot. Not a deal breaker though. We used the convenient kayaks and beach chairs. Overall this was a fantastic house and amazing trip!

We loved this house! We walked to Tigertail Beach from the house. My kids loved the pool. Great kitchen, bathrooms, and grill area. The hot tub warmed up to where we thought it would get to but they still enjoyed it! We’d stay again!

This is a wonderful rental. Lots of space and wonderfully located close to Tigertail beach. Very clean home with lots of amenities. Our stay was fantastic and I would definitely stay there again.

Great Family Get Away

We had four adults and four kids, and this house was perfect for our energetic boys. They loved the pool and playing football out front. Since we’re from Michigan, getting outside to enjoy the beautiful weather was a highlight, and the easy walk to the beach made it even better.The only suggestions I have would be to add some working fishing poles, as most of the ones available were broken, and to provide more dishes for accommodating a larger group. Adding bunk beds in one of the rooms instead of two double beds would also be a great upgrade, allowing the kids to have their own space and get better sleep.Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and the kids had a blast!

Wonderful place to gather with friends

We were in town for a wedding and this house was the perfect gathering spot to reconnect with friends. The pool was lovely and overlooked the inlet. Sunrises were beautiful from the dock, especially from the provided paddleboards. The neighborhood was quiet and a great place to walk or run. I would recommend this property to anyone! Only two small notes. The hot tub did not really get hot. The jets would periodically cycle, but it was only slightly warmer than the pool. The check out process requests that you wash the beach/pool towels prior to departure, but the house does not provide any laundry detergent. So if you're only visiting for a couple of days, still plan to bring or purchase detergent.

Great home & neighborhood

We really enjoyed the pool, tub, bikes, kayak and paddle boards. It was very helpful to have a highchair, pack and play and bouncer at the house. Only thing to keep in mind is there is only 2 paper towel rolls/tissues/TP and you must have an account for tv networks (Netflix/Hulu/youtube tv) bc it is just a fire stick. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Great family vacation place

This is a well kept home. We enjoyed our stay. The beach is long walk to actually reach the water but a lovely neighborhood. It was nice to sit by the water on the comfortable chairs and to have a pool and hot tub. The water temp was great once we figured out from the property manager how to use it. We couldn't find instructions in the home welcome manual. The dining table is great. Wish there was afternoon sun on the pool but not a big deal. They have lots of things for young children. Some of the equipment could use some repair or replacement but it was nice that so much was available. Overall a great place to stay.
