'Wow! What a lovely new gem in our city! The interior decor has a great vibe! Please decorate my great room! Bar was cozy and had an amazing appetizer...deviled egg with chives and caviar! Wine list had very nice wines at a reasonable price! Our corner room was lovely! Bathroom huge and bed very comfortable! The only thing I missed was conditioner in the shower. I saw that they sold it downstairs, so I know they had it. Truly, a beautiful boutique hotel that my husband and I would return to...

'Good location'

'Room was nice was hoping for a better view. They need more carts to carry in your luggage. I had to have someone try to find me one when I first got there as I have mobility issues and can’t walk very well and I also cannot carry anything heavy. Staff found me one that was up on another floor when I got there but when it was time to leave, there wasn’t one to be found. They said they have two or three of them and lots of people keep them in their rooms. That’s just not acceptable for people who...

'Chose the hotel based on the location and could not of been happier, great room, had breakfast at the restaurant, only draw back could not turn the tv in the room on, but since we really were not there to watch tv, it did not matter to us, would stay there again.'

'Eclectic and very clean. Convenient location. Walkable area. I experienced an extremely noisy upstairs/above me occupant. Dragging furniture, dropping things, and loud footfall. More carpeting???'

'Beautiful hotel with quick and easy check-in.'

'Did not have warm water. After 1 minute cold water the entire room smelled like a sewer. The bath was also moving 1-2 cm. In the elevator there was the wetter of Jan-2026. We are now end of July. Did receive an other room but after the switch we left one adapter in the old room and we noties this and were able to have a look. The adapter was gone and the next day we requested of housekeeping had found if but unfortunately not. Old tired furniture, not worth Westin standard. Only positive things...
