'The hosts were very responsive and eager to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The duplex was clean and well equipped but it was not clear that it was adjacent to a travel agency on one side and a multi unit apartment building on the opposite side. It worked out fine but I expected to be on a residential street with single family homes. The travel agency had bright lights in the alley set to on all evening - the bedrooms are all on the alley side. We were hardly at the house because we had family...

'This cute cottage was exactly what you see in the listing, and perfect for a couple days away. The owner responds quickly to inquiries and very helpful. We enjoyed our time in Margate, but the only thing I will mention is there is only on street parking. If you arrive in the evening you may have to park a block or two away from the cottage. '

'Hostess was awesome. Always available for any questions.Plenty of dishes, bowls, pots and pans and clean. Everything was NEW! Wonderful family vacation. We all loved the BIG round table with the lazy susan. We could all eat together and everything was handy. Pool and hot tub were clean. Plenty of new poolside furniture and umbrella. So many pool toys and beach items for our use. Would highly recommend to everyone.'

'The house has so much charm and lots of room for my family to spread out. It was a perfect location, beautiful block next to beach access, amazing views on deck of ocean, and we had front seat to fireworks on the second floor deck. The host was very accommodating, very helpful. Wish our stay was longer than a week.'
