He’s a Super Host at the counter
The front counter guy after 530-6pm when I arrive during the week is a super great Host. Always smiling, willing to help. Great attitude to have for the guest after coming in so tired 7 days a week wrking 12-14 hrs a day. Greatly appreciated. He just doesn’t realize it. But he does super job. Keeper deserve a raise because he’s the reason we keep coming back to this hotel.

Picked this one because of the pool and hot tub. The pool was horrific and the hot tub didn’t exist. The bath tub had peeling paint that clogged it up. There wasn’t any ice that evening nor the next morning. The air units ran water on on the walk ways so it was a slimy green mess if I could have gotten a refund we wouldn’t have stayed. Thank God for clean sheets because the mattress was stained and so was the towels. We carry our own.

The rooms smelled. The first room they gave us had a used condom in the toilet. The second room had roaches and the plumbing did work.

The first room they put us in the bed was wet, and the floor was flooded, the ceiling was falling in. The room they moved us to the door did not work right it wouldn’t lock right, the tv wouldn’t work. We asked for a king size bed and got a double beds.

The beds smelled mildewy and the floors were unswept. The beds were worn and uncomfortable. The towels, washcloths and hand towels were stained. The commode was very low and the water pressure was low also. A continental breakfast was listed but nothing was provided. We booked for two nights but only stayed one with no refund offered. We will not be staying in a Motel 6 again.

the post for motel was not as photo, no pool or linen change for room ,had to fight door to get in room ,no icemaking working space to hang clothes, open door on frig the unit come out of cabinet phone service was slow or no answer. this was the worst stay i have ever had.the bathroom need repair around tub.this place need to close or tell the trurth what they offer

Wouldn't stay here for free
Possibly the worst hotel experience of my life. Arrive at 11pm after 16 hours driving to 4 Sheriff's SUVs in the parking lot. As I'm checking in another guest comes to the desk to complain about vagrants wandering the grounds and looking in cars. Get to room, door light doesn't work, turn on lights over bed. Go to turn on TV. Doesn't work. Too tired to care. Room had AC off when I got in so everything was damp. Realized there was a leak in the bathroom so the floor was wet. Used a towel to dry it up. Went to call front desk but surprise, phone is broken. Too tired to care bed looked clean so I flipped onto it and slept. Woke up in the middle of the night to use bathroom and find pieces of plaster on the floor. Room above has water leak and it's coming thru the ceiling. Complained to manager at check out and he just shrugs his shoulders and says sorry, have a nice day. AVOID this dump at all costs. Better off sleeping in your car

First time I've stayed in Marianna Florida the room was amazing it looks like they're remodeling the rooms only small hiccup was I was starting to run out of hot water with my shower but I will stay here again they were awesome and they're pet friendly and didn't charge a deposit

I'll preface to say a bad storm went through not long ago and the whole area was hit hard. So there was re-construction going on. Thankfully, work was done during the day when most people would be out anyway. Sadly, the room wasn't cleaned well, we started with half a toilet paper roll with no backup roll. We didn't even have a roll holder, just a rusty nail in it's place. Things we expected but were not provided: We had zero room service- we even had to take our dirty towels to the desk to ask for clean ones and a new trash bag. The floors were gross when we got there and only made worse since they weren't cleaned and we had no way to clean them. Zero coffee even though it says they have it fresh daily. The pool is broken- this is due to the storm, however we weren't told about this and it was the whole reason we were staying there. We had a non-smoking room, but someone in a nearby room was smoking and it kept coming through the bathroom vents. Pros- there were NO BUGS outside of the usual Florida residents and you can tell they treat for any that try to come in. The mattresses were comfy and the sheets were clean. The people were all super nice and helpful when we interacted with them. Would I stay there again? Probably not, even with the post storm clean up, the issues we had were mostly NOT stemming from that.

Never again will I stay here!
In my opinion do not stay at this place. I understand the saying you get what you pay for and all. But the room could have been cleaner and swept up. The room smelt horrible and the toilet was absolutely disgusting. The toilet paper roll was already used. The mirror had no been cleaned in a while. Just nasty!!!! I don’t think the room has been cleaned. I didn’t use the blankets or pillows because by the way the room looked I wasn’t sure if the sheets/pillows were clean. Thankfully I brought my own. This hotel was a last minute thing so it’s whatever. I’ll just never be back.
