Trash day is every Thursday, if you can roll the bins out the night prior that would be greatly appreciated.

HOA does not allow overnight street parking in this community, doing so may lead to a violation.

You are releasing owner for any liability of claims and agree to hold owner harmless from any damages (personal injury or otherwise) to you, your guests or any third party.

You recognize and understand that a Swimming Pool involve certain risks. Those risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the equipment used in the pool and injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area. Because the pool is an outdoor pool, no credits will be given if it becomes dirty.
However, we can send our pool tech over for an additional clean if necessary.
