Familiehuis met op het zuiden gelegen achtertuin gelegen in de dorpen van Rancho Eldorado, een prachtige 2100sq. ft. 4 slaapkamer huis. Nieuwe opnieuw ingerichte keuken met granieten aanrecht, 36 'putting green, gloednieuwe 55 "LG 4K TV en LG apparaten. Huisdiervriendelijk!!! Het prachtige zwembad is allemaal klaar voor gebruik, 42 voet lang een echt zwembad om je baantjes te zwemmen of gewoon te ontspannen terwijl je voor de Arizona Sunsets zit (niet verwarmd). Onze familie heet u welkom in ons huis in het paradijs. Een volledig ingerichte keuken met een grill-out terug zorgt voor vele heerlijke maaltijden buiten op het terras.
Er is volledige WiFi-internettoegang, HDTV 4K UHD in de woonkamer, of als u wilt, neem wat films mee om naar te kijken. Ook beschikbaar als gratis NETFLIX, zodat u uw favoriete tv-series of shows en films niet hoeft te missen terwijl u thuis bent. Het huis is volledig ingericht en voorzien van alles wat u moet meenemen is uw koffer en een glimlach. Ook verwelkomen wij uw dierbare familiehuisdier ook in ons huis.

De dorpen in Rancho El Dorado is een gemeenschap met een masterplan waar bewoners kunnen genieten van een clubhuis compleet met fitnessfaciliteiten, twee zwembaden - een verwarmd baantjesbad, speeltuinen, een splashpad, basketbal en tennisbanen. Great house and location

We loved the home and location. We were there the month of March. It was well stocked and very comfortable. It’s a big house with lots of room. The host was very quick to respond to any questions. We loved the back patio. The only downside is the swimming pool situation. There is a big beautiful pool in the back, but is not heated and there is no option to do so. So unless you are there in the summer, it’s a nonfactor as the water was ice cold. We did have access to the community pool, but the main pool was not filled. The lap pool was open, but it is small and was loud and crowded.

Fun in the Sun

We had a wonderful time, enjoyed spending time with friends and family. The home is open and bright with a large kitchen that opens to the family room, perfect for entertaining. The pool and putting green were a bonus. It was really great to walk and enjoy the beautiful neighborhood parks and walking trails. There are plenty of stores and restaurants within a few minutes of the home. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We hope we can come again in the future.

This was the second time we were able to rent this house during the Christmas season. It is well stocked with everything you need and Scott is very helpful during the entire process. We love the location as it is in a very nice neighborhood with lots of walking trails and sidewalks. Easy walk to the grocery store. It is quiet and we felt very safe the entire stay. We really enjoyed the backyard. The putting green was fun and relaxing. We would not hesitate to use this property again.

The owner was very nice. The property has everything you could need. They even have shampoo body wash laundry soap you can use the washer and dryer. The only thing I would say is to get a better cable network because there aren't very many channels on the one they have but they do have a smart TV so I was able to watch stuff on Amazon or YouTube or Netflix or Hulu so that was good cuz I am a TV watcher

Great location and well kept home. Was very clean and communication with owner was quick and easy. Kitchen/living room was a great open space to entertain family with cooking and chatting. A great place to be quarantined in Arizona

This was a fantastic property and the owner was wonderful and easy to work with. We had some problems with figuring how to operate the TV and sent an email to Scott. He got back to us immediately! We were amazed at the cleanliness, decorating and size of the home. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, pots and pans...everything you would use to make a meal. The pantry had basic seasonings, flour, sugar, etc. We enjoyed putting competitions on the putting green in the back yard and once it got warm enough, enjoyed the pool. There is a nice grill on the patio for cookouts. We originally booked for February and March only, but with the corona virus pandemic, Scott was very accommodating when we asked if we could extend our stay until the end of April. If we go back to Maricopa, we would be thrilled to stay here again. Thank you Scott for a wonderful experience.
