'Great location and very professional and helpfull staff. Many Thanks to Loubna and the rest of the team for taking care of us. '

'Nice charmant hôtel, very good beds, only the breakfast and roomservice were not really good. Roomservice delivered cold food after a very long wait'

'Lhoucine at reception was the best, so kind and helpful. So was everyone else! They helped accommodate all of my requests and made me feel so safe and welcomed! The room was spacious and clean. I would recommend booking here if you travel to Casablanca!!'

The rooftop was top, lekkere tapas en vriendelijke bediening.

'Prima suite hotel , centraal gelegen. Grote suite met slaapkamer, keuken en woonkamer. Heel vriendelijke medewerkers! '

'This hotel knows how to deal with customers. Excellent service. Very nice individual rooms. I had Josephine Baker room (no room numbers). Eye for detail, well furnished and tasteful design. Would definitely stay here again. Difficult to find anything equal in Casablanca.'

'I chose this hotel due to the affordable rate and its convenient, central location. Despite this, it was fairly quiet from city noise. While the storage space was adequate, there were only 2 hangers. The bed was clean, but the floors were dirty. There was also a used bath towel with a piece of someone’s hair still on it hanging in the bathroom. I communicated this to the staff and requested for the bathroom be cleaned while I was out for dinner (this request was not fulfilled). The bathroom tile...

'Staff was great. Clean and very comfortable'

'We stayed at this property, but the experience did not meet our expectations. The room faced the boulevard, making it very noisy—every passing vehicle was audible, indicating poor soundproofing. Additionally, despite adjusting the thermostat, the room temperature remained at 19°C, which was uncomfortable. It was impossible to heat the entire room properly. We had hoped for a more pleasant and comfortable stay. Improvements are needed to meet travelers' expectations.'

Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt, goede parkeerservice.'

'It has been mentioned that the appartment is with laundry room but the is no laundry room or washing machine and our suit was in 2 floors, the bedroom, kitchen and the bathroom were located on the 2nd floor. The apartment was clean and tidy with friendly and helpful staff.'

'Clean room, great and friendly staff, well located, comfortable bed and bathrooms, slept very well.... Stayed 2 nights octobre 25th and 26th 2026....'
