If your AC broken out, you can change the room or you have to stay in if no availability . Fresh staff with no training or experience . Even the manager do not understand the booking online or hospitality. I forced to leave my room after checking in .My room with advertised as sea view however I was offered other room as the available one.'
'We just came back from a 4 day stay at Seven Seasons at the end of May 2024. El Alamein is an hour away from Alexandria, which wasn’t something we hadn’t fully realised until we got there. Also, it was not peak season so many things were not fully operating, like the Aqua Park. The apartment we stayed in was far away from the nearest pool so we needed to be driven there.
