'This place is a 10 out of 10 on the beach! The views are gorgeous and you have direct beach access with fluffy soft sand just steps from your room. The rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable and include everything that you need. The on-site restaurant is delicious and there is a huge pool, big hot tub and games scattered around the property including a bocce ball court where you can have fun, relax and hear the ocean. 'This is a brand new property, everything is clean and the design is lovely. Our only observations are that our room still smelled like new construction/paint. Obviously that's temporary. Our "premium" room was also directly on a street that had street parking and as a result was very noisy with cars coming and going. Others will have a different experience staying elsewhere in the hotel.'

'I was on the first floor, so the ocean was certainly not in view, and there were multiple houses in front of this house-like hotel so I doubt there was much of a view on the second floor.
The water is very hot. The floors were heated even the toilet seat was heated. The whole experience was very luxurious and clean. They provide you with everything you might need minus clothes so no worries if you forget your toothbrush or your loofah.

'Nice enough, but furniture in the room was uncomfortable. I came home with bruises on both thighs from the "stalks" on the corners of the bed which I had to make sharp turns around to avoid the other furniture. The lounge chair was so stiff and hard it gave me a backache. Asked for and received a second chair so we could both use the table. Just disappointed.'
