'If I could give Gaia 10 stars, I would. The customer service is truly outstanding. We were a family of four, and after a 4-hour plane ride, a 2-hour customs line, and a 3½-hour drive from San José Airport, we arrived at the hotel completely exhausted. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and care. 'Nice little spot. Close to Manuel Antonio Beach and Manuel Antonio Park. Nice pool and hot tub you can use anytime. It's clean and has what you need. Breakfast is not included but is good and reasonably priced. It's on someone's private property. Parking is a bit tight but manageable. '

'The VIEW from our room and from the pool area is UNBEATABLE! I would highly recommend. The staff was accommodating and friendly as well. A couple of things to note, the drive up to it can be a little rough so a sturdy car is nice to have, the shower water doesn’t seem to get hot, the room itself doesn’t have tv or convenient access to outlets but all these things are minor issues compared to the beauty of the view. '

'Van buiten denk je dat het tegenvalt. Pas als je binnen bent zie je hoe mooi het is. Alleen jammer dat we aan de voorkant van de straat lagen. Dat waren daar de enige 2 kamers voor ons, jammer maar ja... Wel heel mooi en prachtig zwembad waar leguanen lopen en andere dieren. kamers heel ruim en netjes. Op loopafstand van alles.'

'nice people, great location with great view, However Expedia's Exellent rating is not even close. There is no bar, no restaurant, the inn is tired looking and needs updates. One bedroom suite would suggest one seperate room and not beds arranged at different angles.'

'The staff was warm, welcoming and very helpful. In short, they were fantastic. The room was super clean and nice. It was great to have the pool to soak in at the end of the day. The location was very convenient to the bus station, malecon, marina, and businesses in Quepos. The location is tucked away right off the main road. But it feels very safe and secluded. There is some road noise, but it tends to quiet down about 8:30 pm. We would definitely stay here again.'

'Some photos show a remodeled room… ours was not. Not the bathroom anyway Also patio did not have screen door. Housekeeping kept the room clean but little inconsistent with what they would replace. Amenities included the infinity pool and hot tub. There’s access to breakfast and drinks in a full menu. Breakfast is not included but available. there is soap and shampoo, pool towels you can check out. For the most part, everybody was friendly, some more helpful than others. I would say I recommend...

'La habitación estaba bien, es bonita y acogedora. Sin embargo, se debe de mejorar la atención al cliente como por ejemplo dar con anterioridad el código de acceso al portón, brindar contraseña de Wifi. Yo llamé antes de hacer la reservación consultando si se requería vehículo 4x4 y me indicaron que no, pero al llegar al lugar si se requiere por que hay una cuesta demasiado pronunciada. Además no me gusto que se debe de caminar bastante, bajar y subir gradas para poder llegar a las habitaciones.'
