'If I could give Gaia 10 stars, I would. The customer service is truly outstanding. We were a family of four, and after a 4-hour plane ride, a 2-hour customs line, and a 3½-hour drive from San José Airport, we arrived at the hotel completely exhausted. 'Van buiten denk je dat het tegenvalt. Pas als je binnen bent zie je hoe mooi het is. Alleen jammer dat we aan de voorkant van de straat lagen.
