'House was clean and well stocked. The area was convenient to shopping and beaches, yet quiet and friendly. The view of the canal was lovely. We also enjoyed the pool. The lanai had a lot of spiders and webs, reason for 4 on cleanliness. There were no kayaks as advertised, but we don’t kayak so wasn’t an issue for us. Overall we did enjoy our stay there and would visit again.'

'The property was very clean, also enjoyed the pool and the dock outback. I fished and caught multiple different types of fish in the canal behind the house. The house comes with fishing pools but you will need to buy reels if you want to fish, also the bikes come with the house and they are very fun to ride. I would come back to this house and recommend it to others!'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home in April 2024. The pool, heated with roof solar panels was exceptional and warm and location on the wide canal offered beautiful sunsets. In our experience in renting these CC properties, we find the solar panel heated pools to be the best. We are truly outside people when we visit, however the home was well stocked with essentials, has beautiful new flooring throughout, nice baths, and is very nicely furnished with beiges and blues ( quite soothing)...

'Great property. We arrived a bit early and host was very accomodating. Communication was on point. Gave us places to go eat and see. King size bed was very comfy. Great water pressure in the shower. K-Cup machine! Tv's in every room including balcony/laundry(lanai). Located on a canal. Very fun watching the boats. Pool area was nice. We didn't stay long enough to utilize kitchen(but all new appliances),grill area or washing machine but on point for that as well. I give this property a 9.5. Only...

'We traveled 9 hours from South Carolina for a quick turn around trip. This home was perfect for what we needed. We saw all kinds of wild life while there. It was neat to see the different ducks that aren’t in SC. I would love to come visit and stay again when we had more time.'

'The home was nice. As a family with alot od allergies there were like 8 or more plug-ins and the smell of the house was overbearing. We had to unplug them all and open the windows and doors for 2 hrs in 95*+ heat and it was hot. If you are susceptible to smells ask owner to have them unpluged when cleaning crew is there before you arrive. Also Just FYI if you have dogs the backyard fence is damaged and dogs can get out. But the over-all stay was nice'
