'We stayed with our 5 year old & 7 month old & really enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly and it was in a super convenient location with only being about a 4 minute walk to the boardwalk. Free parking was wonderful as a lot of hotels in WW will still chair you parking daily. 'Room was bigger than expected. Renovated. Close to boardwalk. We will book again. Front desk staff was very friendly & housemen too! Note: parking at the resort is piggy back and you’re required to leave your car key at the office in the event someone needs to leave. I would bring an extra key so in the event you accidentally check out like I did and forget your car key. Front desk called me to tell me I left it. Luckily for me we didn’t leave the island and I was able to pick it up same day.'

'This hotel is disgusting and the management is horrendous. The hotel “office” is offsite at a property down the street with no one at the property to assist you if necessary. We were given a key to a room that was dirty and had to wait for it to be cleaned. Even after it was cleaned, there was trash under the beds and dirt on the floors. We were asked to pay $10 in cash for parking which was never disclosed and seemed to be a scam so we refused. The parking lot consists of 3 very tiny parking...

The little kitchenette in the room was great however, the ceiling fan fixtures were hanging and caked with dust and there were shoe strings tied to the chain to turn it on. 'Staff friendly, room has been renovated and was clean. A ground floor room - cons: room smelled very musty. Wall air conditioner has not been cleaned & had black mold/ grim on the vent. Light was on for filter to be changed. I believe this is what made the room smell. I shut the air off & opened window for about 2 hrs which helped. Had to put air back on & small came back.
