'Aside from the staff and the hotel's stunning views, I DON'T recommend this place at all. Its access is very risky because there is no paved road; it's a narrow, dangerous route with mud and slippery stones. The hotel has a beautiful design, but it is not in the best condition, as some amenities like the pool and jacuzzis sometimes malfunction. The rooms lack air conditioning, which becomes a problem after a day in the heat and pool. They only have an old, noisy fan that makes sleeping...

'I brought my husband to Cannúa Lodge Hotel to celebrate his birthday. Everyone on staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help us feel welcomed and well taken care of. The sunset hike was a little higher level than I anticipated, and I'm glad I went. I appreciate how our guide went out of her way to help me along the steeper parts of the path to ensure I felt safe.
