'Great overall experience. Easy check in, friendly service, clean and spacious rooms. Plenty of breakfast and dinning options available. About 45 minutes out from Gainesville (Go Gators) Stayed here for two nights and will stay again if Im in the area.'

'The room unfortunately was not clean. There were stains on the toilet, the floors were dirty, candle wax dripped down the wall and it smelt like an ashtray. However the linen was clean, bed was clean, no sign of bugs, and the staff was super friendly. This was a very short stay for me and did the job of what I needed which was sleep.'

'Nice hotel. We were driving back home from Tampa and just wanted a place to stay the night that was out of the city (Tampa) and cut a little time off out trip. The pool area was very nice and was a draw to the hotel. Unfortunately there happened to be a boys' baseball tournament going on, so there were about 5,000 little boys in the pool area (maybe a slight exaggeration). That's not detraction from the hotel. 'This place is sketchy to say the least. I am not sure who is leaving the positive reviews, but believe me, stay far away. The place is in a questionable area. The rooms are not clean. They have been repainted, but they are not clean to the standard that a hotel with this guest rating should have. Our room was damp. It was so damp that the sheets had a wet feel. We checked in around 11 and checked out at 7. I seriously thought about finding another hotel, but we survived the night. Not sure about...

'Room was clean but A/C was very noisy. No shower curtain in bathroom. They charged 100$ deposit that I still haven't got back yet. It's been over a week. And they won't answer email or phone calls. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE'
