Main lobby always locked had to ring bell wait about 10 minutes to someone let you inn to get ice from only one ice machine. Offer 24 hour free coffee but was inconvenience to have to wait for someone to unlock main lobby everytime. My Deluxe King room showed in pictures long tub and in shower that you could fully soak in it it was half that size towles were stain and light brownish color. Asked for Housekeep to change beeding left forvabout two hours and bedding wss never changed and never gave me hand towels either.

The front desk staff pounded on my door 10 times at 10:55 and yelled it was time to check out. The shower head stopped putting out water after 2 mins and then spewed black gunk on me. I had to lay down on the tub to finish my shower. When i told the front desk man, he yelled"What did you do?" Twice. When i went to check out at 11, he was nowhere to be found and i waited 10 mins to check out. Then i had to ask for a receipt after he checked me out and turned to go into the back. I will say that the bed was comfortble

Waited outside for minutes trying to check in, only hotel I could get, door was locked and owners were asleep and came out in their pajamas. Didn’t speak English. I asked if I could stay a couple hours past check out until my cab could arrive to take me to my work(I’m a conductor) and I had to pay an extra 80$ for two hours, given they had plenty and plenty and plenty of rooms. That morning I was going to get the “advertised breakfast” only to be greeted with a locked door, no breakfast but a vending machine and the staff asking “can I help you” while keeping the entrance halfway shut

Got into the room, turned the AC on and the filth that was on the fins was disgusting. The smell coming out of the AC was gross. Smelled like rotten smoke. The ceiling tile above the closet was completely destroyed. Bathroom was so tiny. Hair on the floor behind the toilet . Just very gross.

Nobody was available for almost 10 minutes upon my arrival at the property to check me into my room. Oh, beyond this, the hotel took every chance possible to save money, including given used and dirty key card holders that had been used by a previous guest.

Bad customer service
We didn't stay because of a mishap. They then told us that they would be charging us anyway. I told him if he tried to charge my card I would dispute the charge and then sue them because we didn't stay.

Not so good.
Initially, said did not have room due to credit card declined. Gap under entry door. Another customer had motorcycle problems & working on through 1 night - very noisy & disrupted sleep.

My room was dirty and disgusting. Hair all over the pillows. There was people screaming and fighting all night next to my room. The guy running the counter can barely speak English. Overall was a terrible experience.
